You are the worst client a source can find, you don't know how to read shipping information(you approved before order) page when making order. And you have been complaining for a small order for a year. Keep on pushing maybe you'll get a free reship one day.

You have any idea who that lady is? She is a lady-clown talking shit about us for months, trying to use power of Meso to get a free reship. She is not a customer but a burden, wish you were a source and have to deal with her.

We don't have conflicting statements. All clients read and accept shipping information page when making order. And our reship policy doesn't change regularly, it changes depending on how many packs we can handle and what the customs risk is.

USA has low customs risk but we can't offer free reship guarantee as we cant send more packs, however we like. We aren't Walmart. Hope you aren't really a Mongol and can understand it.

This clown lady's order was so small, the shipping costed more than products and we had a waiting line for USA. So we offered her to send all of the prouducts in her order for free with her next order( even though she accepted %50 reship payment). Just offered it as she is a "lady" and complained a lot. She said: "You'll resend it for free. This reship payment is like 110$ that she didn't pay and she has been complaining for months.

After dealing with her now we are having to deal with you and reexplain the situation. Because you arent very smart, not reading the previous posts.

Hope you understand why we aren't willing to keep her as a client. Once you let clients use the power of Meso to abuse you, they tend to do it over and over again and we cant let that happen. She can complain all day long, you can call us scammer everyday. It will just keep our topic up. We normally don't spam our topic like other some sources, but she does it. As long as we don't really scam anyone(its been like 14 years, 8 here) or act against the terms that clients accept when making an order, its all good to go.

There is no conflicting statement, her damn nickname is "mingames" she is trying to make it seem like there is a conflict. Thats the point. She accepted to pay %50 for her preferred shipping method. We even offered to add ALL products to next order for free. She rejected it. So order isn't eligible for reship.

When we explain, everyone understands, happened before. She opens the topic over and over again. From now on we'll copy paste her the same responses so we don't get into same discussions again.

I’ve used TP for probably the past 7 years over a few different email accounts. Over the past year or two, Ive used them very little as I’ve found way more sources that has better prices so I happend not use them as often.

The one order I do put through after a year that gets seized. I contact TP they say we’ll send it on your next order. I say I’m not ordering again if you can’t guarantee shipment, and that I would like free reships which you can find multiple times through out TP thread. I brought it up to the community hear and TP starts off trying to bash me saying I threatened him. When I asked him to please provide proof of this since everything was email. He’s reply was I can’t find it I have to much stuff. So I then posted the email.

When you make order, you accept shipping terms and all clients have to accept it to proceed. Hopefully this is the end of our never ending discussion about the topic. Wish you read it when making order and this bs wouldn't happen. Its also amazing how much free time you have just not to pay 110$, really appreciate the effort you put into this

I don’t know if he thinks ppl are dumb or ppl won’t connect the dots that there minimum is $200. So you they want you to spend another $200 on something that’s not guaranteed.

Nothing is guaranteed. Even reships aren't guaranteed; they can get seized. That is the game we play. There is always risk.
