Yes, we sent a Germany domestic pack yesterday. It went by road(lasts 4-5days) and was reshipped inside Germany, no customs risk involved. Expedited shipping is the method we use, same price as normal Expedited shipping.

We also use same method for Austria.

We send to Canada with expedited shipping and ems. Regular airmail has customs risk but ems/regular airmail shipping methods are chosen together anyway. We don't use regular airmail.
