My girlfriend is a type1 so my sources of information are from her directly.

She recommends making sure your A1C is completely in check. She doesn’t recommend fucking with your hormones with t1. Also stay away from GH as that directly effects your blood sugar.

Realistically it depends what your goals are , but I’d be VERY careful and research exactly what you’re taking and what it’s doing. Typically with gear your blood sugar will run higher then normal so you’d be more prone to infections.

Type 1 here. AAS doesn't affect blood sugars really if you have a good understanding of your condition. Only clen is something you can't use.

Jason Poston is a type 1 IFBB and so is Ronny Rockel.

Appreciate the serious replay man!!
Hey bro no worries.

If you don’t mind so we can help you better. How long have you been training? What’s your weight? Height? Body fat %?

Having t1 you’re going to have to be on top of your shit, and gonna need a lotta insulin my friend.

Training for a year and couple months, 172 lbs, 6”0, 13.5%

Too early to dabble in my opinion. You barely lifted lol. Dial your nutrition first, you're way underweight for your height. Learn to eat first, gear or no gear you won't grow.

If you don't have the aptitude or interest to learn nutrition and training by yourself, spend that steroids money on a coach instead.

Good luck.

hey brother, I see your type 1 and I myself am type 1 and agree that most AAS don't affect my blood sugar, and yes clean is something that I found I can't use as well. I do want to know if HGH is usable as I've never tried it. Ive heard from a few others that HGH actually doesn't mess with their blood sugar, mk677 on the other hand I've heard really messes up blood sugar. But I'd appreciate any inout on the HGH, thank you!

HGH does affect it but it is certainly manageable. I pin HGH pre-bed and notice slightly elevated blood sugar and decreased insulin sensitivity during the mornings. You might want to increase your basal and experiment with lower carbs following you HGH jab

Thanks for the reply brother, have you by chance tried Metformin? If I were to use Hgh and notice slight resistance, I wonder if Metformin taken at night to increase sensitivity would help. Any experience?

I've used metformin when I started HGH. Noticed nothing from it regarding sensitivity, IMO it is not worth it. Would recommend doing a bit more cardio than usual, this affect sensitivity the most. HGH is also far superior than MK677.

Okay good to know regarding Metformin. Yes I do hiit cardio daily for the sensitivity effect and agree it works amazing. Clen also didn’t work, insulin barely would lower my blood sugar from it. Wanna know if ephedrine will work without messing up my blood sugar. But I’ve really wanted to use HGH just scared of getting high blood sugar and messing up my insulin to carb ratio. But we’ll see

Ephedrine and ECA/ECY stacks are no problem. So far clen is the only thing that fucks up your blood sugar big time. I would't worry about HGH as it is manageable, try it for sure. Let me know how you find it

I actually just tried ephedrine today and it actually did there same thing as clen and raised my blood sugar and rose for about 5-6 hours which makes since because its out of your system in about 6 hours. Have you expiernced this with ephedrine? I was pretty surprised it had an effect on my blood sugar, I assumed it wouldn't.

I haven't noticed a huge difference on ECA, at least nothing unmanageable. I always took it in the morning followed by low carb throughout the day with exception of pre workout and post workout. I suggest trying it for a while and slightly adjust basal and bolus. Maybe it is just coincidence. I'm convinced it can be managed unlike clen, which is total chaos.

I have pancreatic insufficiency and am completely dependent on exogenous insulin. Nothing else works. The hardest part is eating enough to bulk. I am 5’10” 240 lbs cruising, but I always lose weight when running heavy mass building cycles. Even Drol, Dbol, Deca etc… just shred me up and get extreme strength, but usually get down to a very toned 230 lbs. I get 250 g protein daily, but hard to get other calories when you gotta watch carb intake. My HA1c was over 12% when I was first diagnosed. My last Endo appt. I was at 6.4%. I have never used HGH, but know it causes hyperglycemia along with cortisol, ACTH, Epinephrine (Adrenaline), etc…. You just gotta be hyper vigilant with labs like everyone else on this forum. I am fortunate bc I work in a lab and can run labs frequently.

What do you think causes you to loose weight even when running those mass building cycles? I would guess a possibility could be the limited carb intake since your not able to hammer the carbs because of the pancreatic insufficiency, for putting on size man carbs are the main driver. 6.4 A1C isn’t horrible for someone pancreatic insuffiency, but have you noticed any other Anabolic’s/peptides,etc. that may increase your glucose directly?

Yeah it’s definitely the lack of calories and the lipolysis from the gear. I try to eat as much as possible and 250g of protein has me gagging. The weird thing is that if I am just cruising on low-dose TRT, I can gain as much weight as I want. I got up to 290 once. It has to be the lipolytic effect of the Roids b/c every time I do a bulk cycle, which is all I do, my physique becomes shredded/ripped and I just gain a ton of strength. Definitely not complaining at all. i dont compete or anything and don’t do cutting cycles. Never have desired the ripped look, like swole better. It’s crazy how shredded I get from Drol especially. And I have never had any issues with estrogen sides and rarely ever use AI. I guess I could start eating a shit ton of carbs and just use a lot more insulin, but I don’t know how I would explain it to my Endocrinologist b/c my month supply would only last 1-2 weeks. Any suggestions? Just accept it for what it is and be grateful?

To answer your question, every anabolic I have used has always improved my hyperglycemia ie.. I only have to use about half my normal dose of insulin. I have no clue why, but always seems to help. I have used just about every anabolic but never tried peptides.
