Pct doesnt start for 6 weeks but I'm just preparing now, I went into my 1st cycle high bf% 17-19, and I'm bulking on cycle. I wanna cut while doing pct which is why I'm trying to get your 2 cents on this, there is this muscle wasting preventing drug i forget the name, but I've heard people use it in pct, i wanna drop bf on pct while maintaining/gaining some muscle, whats the best way to go about this
 
You went about this all wrong.

My suggestion is focus on keeping as much muscle as you can and get through pct before worrying about a cut. If you go into a calorie deficit during pct I'd bet a hundo you lose 100% of what you gained.

If I had to make a guess I'd say you were the type who thought gear was gonna be magic beans and turn into a leaned out bodybuilder in just a few short weeks. But you just got bigger under all that fat and now are not happy with the results

I'm very happy with the results so far, i can still see my top 4 abs and I'm at 210. I have got bigger but instead of devoting an entire 2nd cycle later on to just cutting why not just take care of that during pct if possible? time is money broski

Do not cut on pct. Thats the biggest reason people lose all kindsssss of gains. Stay in a lean bulk surplus for pct and atleast a couple weeks after.

I'll probably do that but I'm just exploring my options, thats what the drug is for it keeps all gains during pct, the name slipped my mind i was just reading about it today
 
I find it pretty hard to believe a non-hormonal substance could possibly help you keep all of the lean mass that you had to use illegal very potent anabolic steroids just to gain. Am I the only one that thinks that sounds like straight up BS? Lol.
 
Im aware of some anti muscle wasting drugs and studies but none of them are for bodybuilding purposes but rather for diseases
If there is one to keep all your gains on and after pct and it was legit you'd think everyone would know about it though
 
The only thing I've ever heard of that not only doesn't hurt pct, but could potentially help it, that will help in maintaining a positive nitrogen balance in a caloric deficit is gh. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Could've swore I've read this in numerous studies though so I'm 99.9% sure I'm right. Long term use is supposed to help you lean out also.so I guess if you have a good $1,000 to run it for 6 months, that could possibly help.

On pct the idea is to get your test level up after suppressing for weeks on cycle. I would concentrate on maintaining as much of the gains you have made on cycle as possible.
 
I'm kinda in the same boat, OP. However, my pct ended a week ago. I lost about 5 lbs during pct, and I really want to cut, but I don't wanna lose these precious gains.

Anyone know how long I should wait before I go into a deficit? Test is back up, but I expect it to fall again once the clomid/nolva are cleared from my system.

Ideally until all your levels are back to normal, Iv read somewhere the rule of thumb is a couple weeks after pct though

Thanks for the reply. That means I should be able to cut in like 3 weeks :D. Gonna get bloods done then, then start shedding this bodyfat if things are back to normal. Can't wait to be lean again!
