Unique Test/Primo/E2 Base Cycle + EO Experiment

If i had to guess, I'm currently at about a serum concentration of stable 7.5mg/week, and I feel great here. I might just keep letting it clear out, and reintroduce it at a much lower dose and see how my body responds.

I'd be curious to see the impact on hba1c.
I'm on Reta now but will be switching to US Pharma Tirz soon.

For sure, I'll throw that on my bloodwork I'm gonna get in a few weeks.

Just curious, why are you switching from reta to tirz? I've been thinking about maybe doing the same after letting the reta clear, or maybe reintroducing reta at a low dose and slowly go up to pinpoint where hypo issues come in.

Cause I can get US pharma.
Between UGL and pharma, id always get pharma.

You don't need to be fat to qualify for a GLP. Most of us here..will qualify simply based off weight.

I bought compounded pharma Tirz early last year.before they cracked down and it gave me red itchy injection site reactions after the second week I took it through the six months I was oni it.

I've been on reta since new Years and no reactions. I prefer reta even if someone gave me Tirz for free.

That’s interesting, I used Reta last year, and though it was successful for weight loss, it gave me to may GI issues, and the slowed digestion feeling outweighed the food noise reduction..

I’ve been on Tirz now and been much happier, simply because it just turns off food noise without the digestive issues. much easier to manage.

I still microdose Reta alongside the Tirz for the potential insulin sensitivity… it brought my a1c from 5.1 to 4.8 in 4 weeks.

also because I have a bunch of vials still to get through… hah

I get this alot too.
Hungry.
Eat.
Ahhhh ate too much now I'm bloated.

Hey guys, just thought I'd share an update of everything I'm currently running: Still 200 cyp, 800 primo(non EO), down to 1mg Estradiol Cypionate/week, upped my GH to 8IU/night, dropped the reta down to 3mg/week, and am still using ~20mg anavar preworkout. And occasionally I've been sneaking in 25mg TNE in my biweekly pin preworkout as well (figured why not if theres room in the syringe, and have been getting ridiculous pumps from it).

Finally got my bempedoic acid, so now the lipid stack is 5rosuvistain/10ezetimibe/180 bempedoic acid. With the var I've been using my HDL is most definitley in the toilet, so I figured I'd just keep it consistent and keep ripping the 20mg pwo, and add in the bempedoic acid and see how labs look in a week or two.

But progress has been insane so far - each lift I'm taking almost every set to failure, and am in the gym for 2.5hrs. And doing ~45mins fasted cardio every morning. About ~210lbs rn at about 10% bf and still seeing lifts go up consistently every week. Also starting to look a lot more vasuclar and full.

Going to get labs done in a week or two, hoping to see my hsCRP below 1 and my ldl significantly supressed. I'll get an igf1 this time as well, along with a fasting insulin + hbA1C to better guage how dropping the reta has affected my metabolic health. If theres anything else y'all wanna see please lmk!

Whats good everyone, not really related to my cycle but just wanted to say:

I appreciate y'all putting me on Goodlabs - I've always done my bloods with fitomics but I've been playing around with goodlabs the past few days and I'm a huge fan of their interface and was impressed with their AI assistant and the ability for it to upload/integrate your previous lab tests. And doing the math it turns out it is cheaper than fitomics for me and my buddies as long as I make my uni friends use my discount code(but literally none of them will do their bloodwork lmao).

Lmao also wanted to share that my roommate might be the most degenerate mfer out there - hes 19yo 6'1 180lbs ~20%bf currently running 1g test, 600 tren e, 400 primo/week, 25-50 trenb/50anadrol ED, and just bought a bunch of injectable superdrol. He also has ~20-30 drinks/week. Literally might be the prime example of someone that'll die in their 40s and he's been using AAS for as long as me and literally doesn't even look like he lifts:D. Trying my best to get him to make better choices but you wouldn't believe how hard that is - I literally have to spoonfeed him nebivolol, he refuses to take his blood pressure, and refuses to take a statin and has never gotten bloodwork done. But finally convinced him to get a full panel done with my goodlabs code, so if anyone is interested in how being an alcoholic + the above stack affects a 19yo's bloodwork he told me I could post it on here when we get the results back.

Also shameless goodlabs code plug here (code: RSjIgk). Will still be getting bloodwork done every month regardless and posting all of it, but if any of you guys are gonna be getting labs done anyways, using the code also gives me 20% off. Excited to try out goodlabs myself in a week!

Where did you go to get your Tirz? I confirmed that my insurance would cover it but I would rather get it through a telahealth site or similar instead of standing in front of my PCP at 12%bf and asking for it lol.

This thread has inspired me. Really the biggest barrier to high dose cycles is the injections and volume. So I'm thinking a cycle of 100-200mg test (i agree with the bros in always having some test, metabolites n shit), and grams of EQ, easily pinned with 600mg/ml. Two 3cc pins a week split on each VG and youre already at 3.6g. Cheap asf too

1mg Estradiol cyp seems to be the recommendation for when e2 is essentially at 0?

Hell yeah bro! I agree, I think doing cycles this way is the move. If you end up running that cycle keep us updated with how it goes!

From what I've seen, I think anywhere around 1mg estradiol cyp will land your E2 anywhere from 20-40 if you are truly zeroed from AI-like AAS(primo/eq). I was doing estradiol valerate previosuly, but as of last week I'm doing 1mg EC/week and will be getting bloods soon to see where that has my E2 at.

X-posting my 8 week Test+Boldenone+E2 bloods here low-mid estrone levels on boldenone cyp I only shared the estrogen results in that thread. I'll post my full bloods in my own cycle thread at some point this week.

I hit ~19 E2 on 1mg E2 Cyp/wk for 4 weeks. I feel great but I'm upping it to 1.5mg. Also interesting data point I hadn't yet seen - I got both the EIA and LC/MS E1 tests and confirmed my suspicion that EIA test (the cheaper one that almost everyone gets) read high E1 and LC/MS test read low E1.

As a casual gear user that doesn't want to get bonkers huge and only do one cycle per year, I'm increasingly finding it difficult to imagine myself doing any other kind of cycle now. This one works fucking great. I know I will anyways cuz I love to experiment but this is my 5th cycle and easily my best one. The first 4 cycles were all in 2017-2019 and then I stopped lifting with covid until last year otherwise 5 cycles would probably have been more than enough to reach my goal physique.

Good to hear bro! Was reading through that thread, and I take it you're currently on 250test/400eq, no? Do you know if your aromatase activity is fully shutdown on that ratio?

Also I've been reading up more about how estrone works in men because I really only cared/focused on estradiol up to this point. From what I've read, E1 doesn't really do much in men but if the ratio of E1:E2 disproportionally favors E1, some guys can feel estrogen problems without having a high E2 on labs. I'll throw an E1 on my next panel, I've never had it tested and I'm kinda curious what it is at now lmao.

250 Test/400 Boldenone cypionate, not EQ. Shouldn't make a huge difference but since I changed my injectable protocol several times on this cycle I want to emphasize the different ester. I'd never tried boldenone before so I didn't want to start with EQ in case it didn't agree with me.

I don't know for sure where aromatase activity lies. My first E2 test like 2.5 weeks in was very low and that was at 400 test/300 bold, so that's when I started the random HCG and dbol and began to look into E2 cyp. So it is likely almost zero aromatase activity but I don't know for sure without a test.

Yeah the rumor about E1:E2 ratio is one reason I got estrone tested. Then when it came back low I got suspicious and made the thread. I did develop sensitive nipples starting when I took 10-20mg injectable dbol daily for about a week in early January right when I started on the E2 cyp, which I suspect is due to the dbol rather than E1:E2 ratio, but you never really know. I've been taking ralox 60mg every day since then and my nipples aren't completely back to normal yet, but they seem to slowly be making progress.

Hey everyone,

So just now about 11 weeks into the cycle, and so far everything has been great. Gotten some of the best gains/progress of my life these last 2.5 months - have been eating 4000+ cals consistently and am now about ~215lbs. Thought I should probably be posting progress pics so the first pic is me day 7 of the cycle (coming off just actual trt, no gh) at 193lbs and the second pic is me the other day at 215lbs. Both no pump in the morning, although the lighting in my old bathroom was a little better lmao.

Energy in the gym has been unreal - like I'm literally in the gym 2-3 hours every day 100% dialed taking every set to failure and its been so awesome pushing myself this hard. Have been really locked in with cardio this past month and am averaging ~30-45mins every day fasted in the morning as well, and have really started to see significant improvements in my cardiovascular endurance that's translated to the gym and given me the capacity to work in even more drop sets.

Recovery has been outstanding, I think upping the GH to 8IU has had a huge part in that. Really interested to see what my igf1 is at now with 8IU + a consistent calorie surplus. My sleep has been great as well. Have been starting to see my bp creep up into the high 120s (likely due to how I've really been pushing up the carbs recently, and maybe too much TNE lmao) so have been working in 20-40 telmisartan as needed.

Going to get my bloods in a week - I feel like I've got a ton of systemic fatigue building up from how hard I've been pushing myself these past few weeks. So I'm gonna take this week as a deload week and chill out a bit (Mardi Gras has me working security literally every day so I'm kinda forced to take some time off) and get my true inflammation baseline when I get my labs next Wednesday with a few real rest days; I literally haven't taken a single rest day in like 2 months lmao. Like I mentioned before I think my hsCRP was a little inflated with how hard I've been pushing in the gym so hopefully I see it <1 here. But will keep doing 8IUs gh per night and keep food/reta the same to keep things consistent.

Although bulking has been great I'm starting to get a little fatter than I'm comfortable with, so next week I'll start to transition to a cutting phase. I plan on keeping all the drugs the same, except for maybe increasing the reta (or adding another glp) if I feel I need to. Although after reading Ballistic's post in a tren advice thread I've been thinking about adding in like maybe 50mg tren a/week (although probably not right away) if bloods look good. Was hoping to get y'alls thoughts on that, and wether you guys think it would be worth it compared to just increasing the primo, or adding more anavar. My goal now is to slowly diet to 7% bf again, so rough estimate but if I'm ~13% now, I'd like to lose 14lbs (lbm 187 + fat mass 28lbs) of fat to get to 7% and I'd like to do that slow - perhaps 14 weeks of a small 500cal deficit. Would really appreciate any advice and what y'all think of my plan!

Has anyone ever had good results running very high EQ before? I've run it 1.2g multiple times and still just think it helps with vascularity.

Personally I'd bulk

I took a quick look at your previous labs, I'd make sure to pull hscrp ferritin iron cbc markers, your fatigue might be coming from anemia. That iron sat is pretty low.

Lipids and liver do look fine if you want to add Tren tho.

Idk maybe I'll keep pushing the bulk for a few more weeks. Or at least until after I get these lab results back. I've been loving how great my lifts + pumps have been with all the carbs, and how much food I get to eat everyday, but I'm also getting kinda fat lmao.

Yes will be repeating everything I did last month and adding hba1c + homocysteine + fibrinogen. Also I added in 180mg bempedoic acid a few weeks ago on top of the 5rosu/10ezetimibe so interested to see how much that cuts my ldl.

Last two intense cycles I've run, my iron makers all dropped substantially and this is with supplementing iron. Currently taking 130mg carbonyl iron with 500mg vitamin C first thing every other morning, although in the past that hasn't been enough to bump my iron markers up. Although, then again, last draw I (regrettably) ran a brutal leg day the day before getting it drawn which I believe can transiently lower serum iron a bit just like how it can transiently bump hsCRP. But will take a few days off before these labs to get a true baseline.
