Thanks for the continued support guys. Well one more week b4 my cycle is finished. I wanted to try to add a few more weeks but now I realise why you have to take this process slowly...my body is totally exhausted. It is so hard to get my butt to workout. I guess it just shows how much I still need to learn. My strength seems to be stable but hasn't increased much in the last couple of weeks. I have been able to do more reps but increasing weight would be a huge struggle. I started the clen yesterday and started with 100mcg in just the morning. the break from it helped b/c now I get the shakes for most ot the day. I stopped the keto diet and plan on just doing low carb but I am going to read up on a few of the diet plans out there. I will post some overall pics next week but I know I wont have the tightness in them like I do when doing the keto diet but hell thats not my "typical" figure anyway.
