Update

Thanks for the continued support guys. Well one more week b4 my cycle is finished. I wanted to try to add a few more weeks but now I realise why you have to take this process slowly...my body is totally exhausted. It is so hard to get my butt to workout. I guess it just shows how much I still need to learn. My strength seems to be stable but hasn't increased much in the last couple of weeks. I have been able to do more reps but increasing weight would be a huge struggle. I started the clen yesterday and started with 100mcg in just the morning. the break from it helped b/c now I get the shakes for most ot the day. I stopped the keto diet and plan on just doing low carb but I am going to read up on a few of the diet plans out there. I will post some overall pics next week but I know I wont have the tightness in them like I do when doing the keto diet but hell thats not my "typical" figure anyway.
 
Well got on the scale this morning and my weight is up to 135. I was 125 when I started the var and clen originally so I put on 10 pounds in 7.5 weeks...I thought that I would probably put on about 1 pound/week. As most know I was eating very clean so most of that should be muscle and the rest the water returning to my body from coming off the Keto. I got my energy back in the last few days so I think the keto was making me weak. Should have known better than to try to be so strict with my diet..

Thanks guys my upperbody always was good to me when it comes to growth...Lower body....not so much. But I will post more of those next week.
 
Well the var is gone:( and now I am going to try to lean out a little more, b4 all the holidays start rolling around. Just a little recap.
I gained 8 lean pounds
I didn't lose my periods from the var.
I did get oily skin
My legs gained strenght but didn't get much definition like my other body parts but at least I can do squats now:D So I have something to work with.

I was wondering what you guy thought about rest periods? I have been feeling fatigued so should I rest for a week without working out at all or just take it easy on my workouts?
I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me and kept my motivataion going. You guys are all the best!!

8 lean pounds, great job. I wish more people on the board would shared their cycle progress / results like you did. IMO, If you're tired just take it easy on working out for a week but still keep things moving.
