Update

I am pretty sure I didnt do any damage this time..I was just wondering if it was possible. I never saw such big strength gains for me so I was just wondering if my bones could keep up with my muscles...
 
Damn fine work Sporty ! Hey, It's not your bones you should be concerned about..it's tendons and ligaments.The muscle develops faster than they do..DO NOT GO TOO HEAVY TOO QUICK ! When you feel these pains back off the weight on that exercise.You might be developing a good case of tendonitis.You might just for one week change your routine completely up and use light weights and very high reps like in the 20 range......try this,you will love it and your body will apreciate the change.When I say change routine completely as an example if you are doing:
legs
back/bis
off
tri/chest
off
shoulders
try drastically changing to :
Glutes/calves/hams
bi/tri
shoulder/chest
quads
back trap lat
 
Thanks D I will definitly try that I like the idea of trying shoulders and chest on the same day. Those are the 2 muscle groups that grow the fastest on me anyway. I came off the ketosis diet for a couple of days...ate about 40 carbs a day...still not much I know but I was feeling rundown. I went up to 128 pounds again. That was my starting weight b4 the ketosis diet. You really do swell up with tons of water with carbs. I took some niacin and ALA can kept my carbs very low and now I am back in ketosis and down to 123 this morning. But I will post more when my 4th week is over on tuesday...:D

End of week 4. this was a horrible training and dieting week for me. But I am going to work harder this week to make up for it. I realised that I have been bitching about my legs but I never posted any pics of them. So here they are. Way too much fat on them I know. I have been doing lite legs on wednesday and heavy legs on sundays. I am never sore anymore though. I was dying the first couple of weeks and now nothing. Not even pain going down stairs...I don't get it. My tush has firmed up a bit. These are my measurements this week. Everything grew but my chest which got smaller(not sure why) and my thighs---which makes me happy. The overall pic I posted to show how soft I look while upping my carbs. I couldn't sleep for shit this week. But once I took that benadryl I was knocked out. I am sooo groggy in the morning from it. The last couple of days I have been getting night sweats..Not too bad though, I suppose it was from upping the clen. I did get a tad more short tempered this week too. Over stupid shit. Nothing too outrageous though.:rolleyes:

shoulders 42 in
chest 37.5--flexed
arm 12.5--flexed
waist 26.5
hips 34
butt 36.5
mid thigh 19.25
 
Thanks for the compliments although I really get annoyed looking at my legs. They are such a bitch. I wish I could just get them moving. But I still have 4 weeks left to go and I am very happy with the results of the first 4..so I cant complain too much. I want to get the most out of the next 4 weeks so I will post my wkly routine to see how much criticing (sp?) is need for the next few weeks..Thanks again.
 
You are your own worst critic sports.............Did you switch one week using high reps light weights and change the routine ? This would shock your system.Also ,exactly what do you want to see when you look at your legs ?:confused:
 
I did just that yesterday. I went down in weight and did 4 sets of 15 reps for squats,,,,4 sets of 20 deadlifts and 5 sets of sissy squats. It was pretty easy but I am sore again today...finally.... not too much but more than when I went with heavier weight. By theway I got a fuckin cold sore...I haven't had one of these things in like 8 years. I am guessing it is probably from the excess arginine(sp?) and the stress my body must be under... Just ordered some lysine. My legs are my worst body part... which is horrible being they are 1/2 my body.:o I know that I am in better shape than a lot of women out there but if I were like them I wouldn't be on a board like this:D i just get frustrated b/c I can get my other body parts in a shape that I am happy with but I have never been able to get my legs tight. I am not looking for them to be huge just tight and none jiggly... I don't know I guess when I look at my upper body and see how lean it can be and then look down at my legs the two don't match. I know... I can sound like a typical stupid girl:rolleyes:

Shit if i had a wife that was getting in good shape that be motivation for me thats for sure...i know hes a hard worker and long hours. I give him all the props. I would switch traning up to one day light one day heavy and do a full upper body athen lower body alternating for a week after going 6 weeks balls to the wall. It will help alot and stay higher reps and less time between sets. May be when you guys come down we can catch a work out before or after your appointment. I am back in gym have not trained legs for 4 months and still got 365 for 10 at the end of a leg workout. Can barely even walk past 2 days..

God how I miss the gym workouts...loved the leg press machine...yeah the mister has gotten more motivated seeing me running around in my workout gear all the time...i think he is a bit jealous though about my quick progress. He definitly wants to make a trip down there just trying to find a day off. Poor guy. i have found that the last few days my muscles seem to get more out of the higher reps and less wt. my recovery time though is sooo fast. I will be sore in the am and by pm I am fine. The one thing that is still annoying me is the frozen craps...LOL.. they are paralizing when the hit. and it seems every body part can get them...I was stretching and my neck got a crap..that never happened b4 I did get the e-lyte I cant tell if it helped though...since i am still crapping. But I have to admit theyre not so bad. I did get the hempseed powder..man you should have warned me. I threw that in with my chocolate protein powder the e-lyte and some peanutbutter. Then took a chug...HORRIBLE..A overly salty chocolate peanut butter flavored miso soup with dirt in it. LOL So needless to say I gave up on the hempseed. LOL
 
You can use ground up flax sees 2 tbsp in each shake will be fine..
Look forward to seeing you guys down here. May be we can catch a workout together while you guys down here. I will take you through a work out that will leave you in pain for days. Legs are my speciality !! people usually end up not going to work the next day. HAHA. Its all about intensity..Most people can not hang..One client called me the next day went to sitdown on the shitter and could not get back up. She called me 530 am bitching at me ..I was standing there laughing my ass off. I asked the previous day before she left how was it and she said I feel good. I told her will feel it the next day. She just laughed and walked the other way.

I knew the high reps lighter weight would help ! Funny thing about legs when done correctly..they get so freaking sore.case in point..my leg day was wednesday,I changed my stance much wider in squat rack for 4 heavy stes,then did extreme lunges way more than normal..thursday afternoon and last night it hurt to sit down on anything,I am still very sore today.
