I am pretty sure I didnt do any damage this time..I was just wondering if it was possible. I never saw such big strength gains for me so I was just wondering if my bones could keep up with my muscles...

Hey, It's not your bones you should be concerned about..it's tendons and ligaments.The muscle develops faster than they do..DO NOT GO TOO HEAVY TOO QUICK ! When you feel these pains back off the weight on that exercise.You might be developing a good case of tendonitis.You might just for one week change your routine completely up and use light weights and very high reps like in the 20 range......try this,you will love it and your body will apreciate the change.When I say change routine completely as an example if you are doing:
legs
back/bis
off
tri/chest
off
shoulders
try drastically changing to :
Glutes/calves/hams
bi/tri
shoulder/chest
quads
back trap lat
Thanks jug...Just wanted to post that I got my period...not that it concerns any guys here but in case any women are curious about my sides. It did come a week late though.
I knew the high reps lighter weight would help ! Funny thing about legs when done correctly..they get so freaking sore.case in point..my leg day was wednesday,I changed my stance much wider in squat rack for 4 heavy stes,then did extreme lunges way more than normal..thursday afternoon and last night it hurt to sit down on anything,I am still very sore today.You can use ground up flax sees 2 tbsp in each shake will be fine..

Legs are my speciality !! people usually end up not going to work the next day. HAHA. Its all about intensity..Most people can not hang..One client called me the next day went to sitdown on the shitter and could not get back up. She called me 530 am bitching at me ..I was standing there laughing my ass off. I asked the previous day before she left how was it and she said I feel good. I told her will feel it the next day. She just laughed and walked the other way.
