Update

ok wk 5...I should have posted at the beginning of the wk but I had another shitty training and diet wk so I skipped. I stopped the clen b/c I wasn't feeling like I was getting the most out of it and I took the others advise to give my receptors a rest. Plus I am happy with the muscle gains I have made and hope that I can add more without the clen...catabolic? but we'll see. I am SUPER swollen and bloated from over carbing again. But I am cleaning up my act this weekend. My legs feel alot harder and so do my shoulders. I have also started to feel my rear delts tighten when I am working them out...that never happened b4. I need to focus more on back though. My weight went back to 128--when I started over indulging in carbs Here are this weeks measurements but it is hard to see if the gains are muscle or bloat. We will see how they move next week.

shoulders 42.5 in
chest 38--flexed
arm 13--flexed after training bic's
waist 27
hips 33
butt 36.5
mid thigh 19.5

Yeah,you are super swollen and bloated ..I cannot believe you posted these pics ![:o)]Just joking sporty..you are way too hard on yourself..nice developement in rear delts..the back shot looks fine;)What does the back routine look like ?
 
I know I am way too critical but I cant help it:o I did lose 2.4 lbs in 2.5 days though. I know that it is water but I am not so bloated. In the last month I only did back 3 times I do oly rows, dumbell rows-close to body, leaning on bench and lat pull down...the pull down isnt so good thou...my equipment sucks, but I do it for some variety. My trap area gets hit a lot with the standing exercises I do...started doing the standing shoulder presses and love them, but my lats need work. Any suggestions?

heavy bent over bb rows,lat pull ups ,load a barbell on one end only..jam the unloaded end against the wall...stradle bar on loaded end...use a chain and clip on handle of some type and row that.Also do some bb shrugs for those traps.The lat pull ups kick my ass but i use a spotter to help push me up when I cannot pull myself up any longer..PS..this is what I am doing in the avatar picture.
 
Well Sporty, I've been watching this thread grow and am very impressed. Your dedication is paying off greatly. Just wanted to chime in and let you know that I understand how critical we become of ourselves, I pick myself apart constantly. Keep your chin up, you're doing great! Looks like youre the queen bee these days. :D
 
Thanks for all the support. It seems that I am the only "ladybug" on this board nowadays. I really appreciate all you guys taking the time out to motivate me and give me all the great advise. I am going to try to do the lat pullups today...b4 i got prego I use to be able to do 6 without any help..doubtful if i could do one now:rolleyes: but i need to do something for my lats. I totally forgot about the onesided barbell row thing..I remember guys in my old gym use to do that all the time.

End of week 6th week. I know my last update was on friday I think so nothing has changed since then :) Well I did get a few pimples this week. I dont usaully have any so somethings up. And my libido has nearly vanished too...I dont know what happened:( I did a little reading and it says that it can happen though. And I am starting to worry that I am not training hard enough...I have nearly zero sore days. after training the following morning I am a bit stiff but not sore like i use to be. And once I get moving around I am fine. Is this normal? Or should I be hurting? After legs I would be limping around for 2 days or so..and the soreness didn't come on really bad until 2 days after my leg day. now there is no soreness just weakness in the muscle the next day. I am thinking about extending the anavar for 12 weeks too. I haven't had any adverse sides and i seem to be plateau'ing (sp?) constantly. I have to superset with lighter wts almost every exercise. I need a trainer to beat the hell out of me for the next few weeks [}:)]
 
I am going to say NO to 12 weeks of anavar..stick to your first plan.About not being sore..you switched to lighter weights and higher reps,it shocked the body and worked well.Now the body has become acustomed to that type of workout.Time to change routine again.Try adding a few new exercises,changing grips and stances,changing order of workout,and going heavier again.
 
Your hard work is paying off keep it up..As for supplements I would keep cycle to 6-8 weeks 6 being the safer then going longer. You can cycle off for 6 weeks then do it again if you need to, but I would hold as long off as tyou can before doing it again..
 
Ok me again:) End of week 7. Still have stayed away from the clen its almost 2 weeks off clen. My diet is getting back on track but I have cheated a few times this week..I should have never cheated in the first place..everything went down hill from there. My abs are starting to show more-- even though they are small,same as my obliques. My hip area is tightening up alot too. Tush has grown and now even others are starting to noticed my results. I am totally addicted now. Don't want it to end:(
 
not real sure if tensing the abs is the same thing as flexing them...never really had any b4 but i am squeezing them like doing a crunch. Its hard to really take a pic of them b/c they are so small and in the sun there is not much shadowing to see any definition. I do hope to get both abs and obliques larger.

Geez Sporty, you wouldn't want to go any lower with those trackie dacks - some of the boys on here might get a little worked up LOL. ;) Your mid-section is looking great. You are making great progress; keep up the good work. :)

It's like a mini stability ball that girls do crunches on. They have really annoying comercials for it but the girls in them always have real good abs.

As if they'd have girls with no abs advertising these products LOL. All these ads to get toned abs are the same - you see an image of someone overweight then they're magically transformed to a buff body by using such & such ab machine - what a load of shit!
