ok wk 5...I should have posted at the beginning of the wk but I had another shitty training and diet wk so I skipped. I stopped the clen b/c I wasn't feeling like I was getting the most out of it and I took the others advise to give my receptors a rest. Plus I am happy with the muscle gains I have made and hope that I can add more without the clen...catabolic? but we'll see. I am SUPER swollen and bloated from over carbing again. But I am cleaning up my act this weekend. My legs feel alot harder and so do my shoulders. I have also started to feel my rear delts tighten when I am working them out...that never happened b4. I need to focus more on back though. My weight went back to 128--when I started over indulging in carbs Here are this weeks measurements but it is hard to see if the gains are muscle or bloat. We will see how they move next week.
