Urgent Question For Anyone Who Knows About Pcs

How Do You Get Rid Of The Trojan Virus Once You Get It? I Am Almost Positive I Got It Through Downloading A File Through An Email. I Cannot Even Load Aol To The Comp. And It Says I Have No Cd Rom Capability, I Cant Download Anything To Try And Fix It. Its Fuckin With Almost Everything On My Computer, I Constantly Get Error Messages That Wont Go Away, My Volume On My Pc No Longer Works. Is This The Trojan Virus Or A Worm? Should I Just Go Get A New Hard Drive Installed? Because I Have One... Or Should I Try Something Else? Do We Have Any Pc Guru's Here? Any Help Would Be Extremely Appreciated...and We Could Work Out Someway Of Compensation If You Are Able To Help Me Get Rid Of This. Thank You. Strength
 
you need to get norton. if you have it, update your definitions, then run a full system scan and it will find it, then just delete it. if you don't have norton ill search around and find another way to get rid of it. let me know bro, for i have had more viruses than a 2 dollar crack whore :)

WHATS ITYS WEBSITE? IF IT WOORKS YOU GET A FREE GEAR OR ANYTHGING. I DONT WANT TO PUT A NEW HARD DRIVE IN

i'll find something.... do you know exactly what trojan it is??? there's like 1,000 of them

it doesn't tell you what trojan virus it is, like trojan.w32 or anything?

IT SAYS THERE ARE 638 FILES INFECTED AND DOESNT SAY WHAT. IM SO LOST AND NEED HELP..BAD....

if you would like a free beta edition of mcafee 2004 we could work out a way to transfer it to you or burn it and send it to you. mcafee has worked very well for me.

the file is about 250mb.

if you can't get it figured out and get rid of it you may just need to go and reformat.
