US custom tested each gear and included the results in the seizure letter

a friend of mine order different types of raw compounds from china and they were seized by custom on the west coast ( FYI, U.S custom on west coast are usually known to be strict). what was written on the seizure letter was very surprising. they fucking tested every compound and revealed the results, including the names of the compounds and the amount that was in it.
Ironically, all of the gear came up correctly dosed, even tren, mast and superdrol.

so why do old school bodybuilders say steroids nowadays aren't as effective as pharma grade steroids back in the day ? honestly, they suck at making peptides but I don't think chinese chemist have any issue synthesizing most of the common steroids in the black market.

Did they actually do a purity test? Honestly i doubt they did, my guess is they labmaxed it and it showed hormone present but that doesnt determine the quality as such.. So he may have received a small amount of esch hormone thats been cut to fuck

To send off seized gear or raws to a lab (Simec for an example) that can test for purity and concentration, it would get expensive fast that's for sure. All I think Uncle Sam does is just to determine if the substance is actually what they think it is.

Yeah, you are right where there is a large quantity involved they will test for purity.

testing solely for purity requires a different method. it requires to test the level of impurities (substances that are added when synthesizing the hormones). these substances could be very small and cause deterioration of the compounds. some chinese chemical manufacturing companies will be better than ones with limited equipment. I think the best way to get the most out of ur gear is to keep them in a cool place and use them within a year.

In my general chemistry class all students had to use a mass spectrometer to get the concentration of caffeine in sodas and energy drinks. It took as little as 5 minutes to get the results. Have you guys ever watch customs documentary and how they operate. The police uses their lab results to carry out search warrant and use it in court. People mix shit all the time. They mix cocaine, and lots of narcotic drugs with other substances. I was watching the show called "nothing to declare" once, there were people that mixed morphine and cocaine with shampoo and soap. One guy even dissolved 30g of cocaine in a plastic bag. Purity test is extremely important to customs. btw, labmaxing is harder than using a mass spec. they do use machines that detects narcotics but they can't use it for every compound in the world. I'm not on the side of aas producers, but to think customs agent who crackdown drug distributors and use the Laboratories and Scientific Services, the forensic and scientific arm of U.S Laboratories and Scientific Services | U.S. Customs and Border Protection will behave like a kid, labmaxing a powder in a bag, and unscientifically put up the amount of each compound and its value ($) is really pathetic. I hope you guys are joking and I hope that you guys never order expensive narcotics ( cocaine etc).

Minimum effort and maximum overstatement of impact is the guideline.

Overstate how much you seized (especially in the press release) and vastly overstate the "street value". Everyone wins!

They have no reason to send verified findings to your "buddy". A letter stating that the item/items were received and impounded/seized is all they would provide.

If anyone here has ever actually been in drug related trouble then they'd tell you that the only time you even get to see the "results" of the testing for what LE finds in your house when its raided is during evidence discovery. They don't just randomly send you official lab results.
