Using a disposable syringe twice

Sterilizing own vials would be amazing, is it hard? Or do you just rip it off really quick? Do you sterilze the silicone and tops somehow?
Of course I pretty much use the standard procedure most use.

In my case my vials and glassware, stainless steel stir rods are washed with soap and water.

Placed in pressure cooker with distilled water and boiled for 35 minutes.

Then I place them upside down in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil to cook off the water at 300F for 30 minutes in the oven. This creates a crystal clear glassware that has zero water spots thanks to the distilled water.
This is your sterile kit with all your glassware and stainless steel tongs, forceps to apply your stoppers.

I wash my stoppers, dry them and then soak my stoppers in 90% isopropyl for 20 minutes and keep them in the bowl until I'm about ready to use them and then take them out when I'm done with my brew and let them air dry and place them on the vials with sterile forceps.

I wouldn't use a syringe twice, specially because the needle tends to lose its "sharp", the second injection will be more painful and increase chances of getting infection from the larger opening.

Needles are too cheap, no need to do that, I think.

i did it once by accident. My mind was so far away. My brain was on autopilot and i wound up using the same Insulin syringe twice.

i was half way through the 2nd injection when i looked down and saw the sealed syringe sitting there.

Nothing bad came of it, but fuck that, i would never do it intentionally.
I've probably used one insulin syringe more than 20-30 times because they weren't available for a while. The needle ended up falling off

Scary to think when actively using at one point i would use one 4-5 times and IV. And that i only got an abscess once. So messed up. I do not miss that

As long as he lets the alcohol dry out before using it's fine. Otherwise injecting isopropyl alcohol that isn't properly diluted can cause tissue necrosis, irritation and all kinds of problems. But there was a time before maybe all of us were born that syringes were glass and sterilized before use. I don't know about alcohol being used, there are stronger chemicals used that also fully evaporate. And there are autoclaves.

But luckily since this was done many years have passed and only homeless junkies or reckless people reuse unless they are in a bind.
