Of course I pretty much use the standard procedure most use.Sterilizing own vials would be amazing, is it hard? Or do you just rip it off really quick? Do you sterilze the silicone and tops somehow?
In my case my vials and glassware, stainless steel stir rods are washed with soap and water.
Placed in pressure cooker with distilled water and boiled for 35 minutes.
Then I place them upside down in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil to cook off the water at 300F for 30 minutes in the oven. This creates a crystal clear glassware that has zero water spots thanks to the distilled water.
This is your sterile kit with all your glassware and stainless steel tongs, forceps to apply your stoppers.
I wash my stoppers, dry them and then soak my stoppers in 90% isopropyl for 20 minutes and keep them in the bowl until I'm about ready to use them and then take them out when I'm done with my brew and let them air dry and place them on the vials with sterile forceps.
