Using HCG throughout cycle vs before PCT

Hello,
as per the title, what do you prefer and why?

Only using hcg throughout the cycle

or

Only using hcg before pct is used (while waiting for exogenous hormones to clear)?

I use hcg throughout cycle to keep balls full but some guys experience problems with hcg like estrogen and gyno. It’s personal, if you don’t care about your balls then what are your goals to using it. I keep hcg out of my pct protocol.

I heard HCG is suppressive itself so should not be used during the actual pct.

yes of course, but I meant before starting pct. Not during.

ime for test only cycles of 12 weeks max i don´t experience testicular atrophy, so i just use it before PCT to make recovery faster
