Var/Win Beginner

So I posted in the intro section that I had begun an anavar winstrol cycle. I'm now going into week 4. I started at 151 lbs 5'7" 16.5% BF. My max bench was 75 lbs and squat was at 125 and not moving. I have an autoimmune disorder that really messes with energy and strength. Ive been lifting for about 3 years now and fixed up my diet this past year after indulging too long. Sides so far: dramatic and appreciated energy increase. I find myself pushing past my "one more" rep. My shoulders no longer slip. Bench is now 115 and squat 145. I found going into week 3 my skin was more oily than I could have ever imagined. It cleared up at the end of the week and I could stop washing my skin three times a day. My libido well it seems to get crazy mid day and taper off later at night. Havent noticed any enlargement in the lady parts. I keep asking my boyfriend and he says he doesnt notice anything either. I do notice one thing and it could be completely random my eyes seem to get pretty tired after reading much sooner than they were before. Also mood swings were a little shaky week three. I know this little log is everywhere but I've never really been known for my awesome writing skills. Currently on 15 Anavar and we bumped up to 20 winstrol last week progress pics are from before cycle to today start of week 4. No huge changes but enough for motivation.20170530_132902.jpg 20170530_132802.jpg 20170530_132902.jpg

I like the wonder woman undies. Nice steady progress. All this takes time. And your training and diet is even more critical when you are off cycle.

Good job.

Yeah I think you're making good progress stick with it and keep us updated we like the transformations
Good luck .

Its definitely hard to keep in mind patience is not my strongsuit haha. Im not expecting drastic changes but definitely already breaking through some plateaus. Side note started noticing im waking up in the middle of the night and when I stretch my legs stay flexed for about a minute. Its a weird sensation.

This has happened to me several times. It's miserable as hell but my wife always seems to find humor in it lmao.

Nice job. The transformational pictures tell the story of your hard work. Be sure and keep us updated with PLENTY of photos so we can continue to assist you in your journey. :)

But in all seriousness, great job and we really are here to help you if we can.

So heres the update:
Went into week 4 and Lupus fatigue kicked my ass. Seriously did everything I could just to get up and moving. Made it in all 6 days but dear lord couldn't get motivated. I don't think its a side but potentially something causing lupus to flare? Day 6 going into gym my combination lifts felt amazing! I was barely taking any rest time and felt like I accomplished a lot. I started to break out on my back a little and random hot flashes and sweating like a pig happened more frequently. Nothing getting any bigger down there I keep asking my bf to make sure haha. The random leg flexing has stopped for the most part. I knocked 1:30 off my mile run time which for me is huge because ive never been a runner. Im posting some progress pics with a few from the good old Keto and cardio days. youll notice a huge difference but the week to week ones not much to report. Stomach holding a little water after a run in with rum this weekend.

My wife has the same thing happen. Its funny you both have identical shaped lower body and legs. knees and calves identical It seems this body type has a very difficult time leaning out above the knee and just under belly button, while upper body is totally ripped, your looking good, keep after the cardio,at week 5 on var the wifes legs just started to change while her upper body had already completely transformed into a beast from sticks and twigs. unreal changes
