Vegan trying to figure out new supplements!

hi everyone, I’ve ran cycles in the past, my last cycle finished 3 months ago and everything is back to normal. I kept all my gains haven’t lost anything other than the water but I gained weight back over the past 3 months. I currently weigh 95kg standing 176cm tall body fat around 20%. So my question is does anyone know of any good supliments non anabolic or part anabolic but don’t require pcts or affect t levels to the point of testicular atrophy? I basically want to keep all muscle if anything put more but I would like to loose as much fat as possible and get a vascular body. For now all I know of is injectable B12 i also have some clen sitting around. Any ideas or advise would be much appreciated!

Thick slab of medium-rare steak, wild caught salmon, chicken... the options are numerous.
1 Get bloodwork to check your natural Testosterone levels to see where you stand.
You'd be surprised how many young and seemingly healthy people have low natural Testosterone.

2 Natural Protein
Don't underestimate beef, steaks, salmon, eggs, etc
See what fits YOU. So you can eat lots of it properly digesting it without farting all day, yet still affordable.

3 Protein powder
The same applies
easily digestible yet affordable

4 Creatine

If your not vegan then please stop giving advice because you obviously don't know shit!! Ive been vegan for seven years, lol school me @master.on you telling a vegan to eat meat is probably some of the dumbest advice you've given yet.

A Stop being began. Most vegan protein sources suck. Keep in mind that bodybuilding requires lots of quality protein.
'I finally got healthy when I stopped being vegan'




B Consider vegan protein extracts
so at least you get lots of protein without the lot of vegetable fillers and phytoestrogens.
