None of my customers have an issue with the shipping charge as I include a free vial to offset it. I cannot help that I am Canadian and our dollar is shit in value compared to the USD. I charge less for shipping than it costs me and again, always hook people up to totally offset shipping charges.
Do you know how many labs I am competing with? I can handle competition, it is there in any business. You guys act like its me against one lab. Canada has hundreds of labs and that is where I am based... The USA has probably even more considering the population difference.
