Hi all,

Thanks for stopping by. This is my first log so please bare with me in regards to structure and layout. My plan is provide you with as much detail as possible, and to keep you updated as regularly as possible. The start date of my second cycle is a few weeks away but I wanted to get the log up and running as soon as possible.

First things first, I'm sure you seen me post on the forum, asking pretty beginner questions so when I say I'm a "newbie", that I definitely am!

About me:
Age: 25
Height: 6"4/193cm
Current weight: 239lbs
Bodyfat: 17/18% (Happy for other to correct me if I'm wrong based on the below photos)


My current situation:
I ran my first PED cycle last September, which was Test E at 300mg/week. Overall I was very pleased at how it went, especially with the strength gains I made. The cycle was originally planned for 12 weeks but ended up running it for 15 as I had a few ml left over. It's now coming up to 31 weeks since I last pinned and I'm now lifting what I was lifting at the peak of my cycle, which I'm really happy with.
I plan to start my second cycle in 5/6 weeks time, depending on where I'm at bodyfat %-wise. I'd ideally like to be around 12/13% before starting my second cycle and happy to keep pushing back the start date until I feel I'm lean enough. My second cycle will be a Test-only cycle (Test- C), running 400mg/week for 12 weeks.

Nutrition/Training
Prior to starting the cycle, I will post all the necessary nutrition and training details, including calories, macros, and of course my training split.

Blood work & Lab
I had blood work done this morning and will post the results when available. The lab I will using for my second cycle will be @Titan Labs. I will get blood work done 6 weeks in to the cycle and will post the results when they become available.

What I want from this cycle
After reacting so well on my first cycle, I'm excited to see what 400mg/week brings. As I plan to be leaner this time round, I'm expecting to see a better reaction appearance-wise. Overall I'd be happy if the cycle was similar to the first, compounds increase, a decent amount of lean muscle mass added, with minimal sides along the way.

I know sometimes these forums/logs can bring a lot of hate, and no doubt I will get some along the way. However I'd appreciate constructive criticism rather than hate. As I said I am totally new to the whole PED journey, and am open to learning off everyone here. Thanks in advance.

Quick question what's your stats? chest size?shoulders?waist?arms etc?
