It's really not a legal issue for most users. At least in the us, this is largely inadmissible. A few will still lose freedom, more due to being wrong place wrong time, and attracting the one officer friendly who goes above and beyond, and lies to make it stick. Even that is unacceptable.
It is, however, a massive reputation breach. Employment is a big deal right now. Along with many other issues that millard laid out in quite an elegant manner. Not to mention all the social standing and so on. Ever meet an American divorce lawyer? The implications to being on such a list are far reaching in the right countries.
So, for any punk ass sitting comfortably in a decrim/legal country saying "just chill". . . How about you just shut the fuck up. If it's not a big fucking deal to you, then be thankful. There WILL be people around the world who at least lose livelihoods over this. Nothing has to be proven in court here for there to be consequences.
Are there consequences to illegal actions? Absolutely. You knew the risk going in. Pay to play. But nothing makes my blood boil worse than the exploitation involved in these drug markets (and Lord knows, steroids are tame). This info was probably leaked due to punk ass hustlers trying to corner a market. And it's both unacceptable, and disgusting to those who have genuine reason to worry.
So, if you don't have anything to lose in this game, just shut the fuck up and stand in the corner, innit? You just sound like another punk ass rep account here. If this isn't unacceptable to you, then I envy your mindset. Because security is a very real concern for a lot of people around the world.

I guess some failed to read end of the post where it states: "be ready to pick up fallout from illegal actions", or "use this as a lesson". How about rather than again making angry posts just try to find out how to protect you privacy rather than bickering like a old nan.
And yes I live in UK, place which had laws & rules a bit longer than you :* So if you think that all other countries but yours are lawless, keep bitching about lack of anonymity when you buy from dodgy places and cut the branch you sit on. Rather than trying to think about what people post and maybe put some pressure on legislators to deregulate a draconian rules (tongue in cheek about oncoming US elections) ... yeah keep getting involved in more or less competing criminal wars.

Has this just nonchalantly been tossed to the wayside? Maybe I'm overthinking but this seems like it could be quite substantial yet so many seem to be blissfully ignorant to it by choice. I know a few members tried putting it out there as I feel it should be and I've never even been a customer of Naps.

This seems like the kind of thing that's hard for a buyer to completely insulate themselves from... Even if you're using a burner email, vpn, etc, there's still a link to you via the delivery address.
Really bad form to store these details, worse that they weren't encrypted.

My understanding is Naps has an option on the user's account page to delete individual order information. I know Pharmacom does. As Millard and others have said, you can't rely on the seller to protect you. But you can at least make use of the tools provided.

This whole situation is fucked up... but can an officer of the law really use thay information if it was not legally obtained via Warrent or other legal action?? I almost pulled the trigger on gp, but it really is an eye opener. Live and learn I guess...
FWIW, consider that customs just takes your gear and never comes looking for you when they actually have solid evidence. I doubt anyone is gonna go down because of this lame security breach.
