To open .xlsx you need Excel 2007 or later, and the possibility does exist that the file is corrupt.

Yes, I hope people like Frank and Darius take note to wipe their systems frequently. No reason to hold on to info once an order ships. Worst case then, you have a history recorded of 1 order... Not 10 or whatever. Bad, bad, bad.

I believe their policy is to wipe out all data base after 12 months.

If the file doesn't open then it's a possibility that it's a virus. Some backdoor virus that collects usernames and passwords

Ive been at this for 20 years and Naps has been selectively scamming people for as long as I can remember.

Like I've stated before this is the first time they've done this. Ordered multiple times so when I placed an order I was under the impression it would come just like normal. I was wrong and will never order from them again. Torro helped me a little and I'm grateful
