Water Retention HGH

That dosage is fine I am on 80mgs Lasix and 25 mgs Hctz every day and my electrolytes are fine if I take my span k in the morning and night (only if you are not taking Ace inhibitors or ARBS) as they can cause you to retain potassium and that would be a literal shit show
That's kind of a lot, no?

Even 12.5mg of hctz and I'm peeing like 8x a night. Be careful with the diuretics, can be hard on the kidneys

I'm good without it but thanks

There are literally millions of people that take diuretics for BP control daily for years on end and have perfectly normal kidney function. They really aren't hard on the kidneys unless you're a complete idiot like a lot of the so called 'coaches' that have absolutely moronic diuretic protocols.

Yes I have been on a lot of diuretics for over 5 years and my kidneys are fine
I think all the bodybuilding community believed the pros and flex wheeler when he said that they destroyed his kidneys (absolute bullshit) he had a genetic kidney condition made much worse by astronomical gear dosages (not good or bad it’s his choice) and demonised them, it’s pretty funny actually that the bodybuilders would rather take telmisartan than a diuretic for blood pressure control.

Do you take primarily for blood pressure and did you struggle with high bp prior to PED use? Have you tried another class of bp meds and just didn’t work as well for you? I think electrolyte management just gets complicated for some people so would make sense to pop some telmisartan and not worry about keeping on top of stuff like that

Telmisartan gave me kidney failure that was 2 weeks of my life I won’t be getting back.
Telmisartan is not without a lot of side effects.
I have had open heart surgery and have heart failure form that procedure the diuretics are for fluid buildup from the heart. I never have had high blood pressure.

Are you sure it was telmisartan that caused kidney failure? Most studies I see are about telmisartan improving kidney function and being used to help people with kidney disease. Where you taking other drugs, training extremely hard, dehydrated, etc as well?

first i heard of teli doing this you didn't have any underlying genetic issues or defects? I'm on teli Telmisartan HCTZ AN 80/12.5 per day no issues what ever past few yrs. minerals perfect potassium perfect no supplementation.

guess we are all different.

4 days ago I added 12.5 HCTZ daily to my 80mg telmisartan for water retention and have been feeling fantastic. Sleeping better, strength improving, and even feeling more hydrated. I think the GH I am on (10iu) was placing such a massive demand on water retention that at 2.5 gallons of water I was still getting dehydrated. I drank 2 yesterday and was hydrated the whole day. Minor electrolyte supplementation only in my intra workout drink

Has the weird muscle twitching gone?

And if it is due to water retention (even with the hctz i have some slight edema), I should be able to drop it in the next 3-4 weeks as I’m going to do a mini cut
It must be really annoying.
When I got that kind of thing, it was nowhere near as severe as yours and it went away shortly after it started, but it always really bothered me and I could not stop looking at it....
Hope it will settle for you, so you can enjoy your holidays without it in the picture.

Thanks I hope so too, it’s never been this severe lol, the biggest difference is the high dose gh so mineral retention could somehow be factoring in. I’ll update if I ever get close to figuring out exactly what’s going on

As the talk is about diuretics, I was having a look at a list of recently banned athletes and a few were suspended for a diuretic called canrenone and for hydrochlorothiazide.

There was also another thing, which I had never heard about, called capromorelin, which is given to pets to help them gain weight and increase appetite.
Interesting seeing what people got banned for.
Aside from the usual suspects, quite a few sarms and cannabinoids
