Nice! I resolved my fatty liver with semaglutide in around 6 months. Confirmed by LFT and ultrasound.

It's a great drug.

Good to know. I run 2.5 a week for whatever benefits it has and it's cheap af. I'm not fat so hopefully it's helping the liver.

A large part is from weight loss, but a portion comes from direct effects, like increased hepatic insulin sensitivity. So even without weight loss, just staying on it will stop further deposits of fat in the liver, and chip away at existing liver disease until it's all gone.
