i popped my first cap of H's dnp today and ate 2 chicken breasts and had some pasta(i know, pasta = heat) but it being my 1st cap i know i shouldnt feel much of anything for at least 3 days. 2 hours later i was reading for my summer class had uncontrollable jittering and could not focus worth a damn. it felt like i popped an aderall. i had to stop and just watch tv for a while. it went away after an hour but it was somthing unexpected. anyone ever experience somthing like this from DNP? btw, im not taking any ECA or stimulants.

i went through a similar thing. my mind was wandering and felt like i had all this pent up energy. i attributed it to my mind playing tricks on me, and after the second day didnt' experience it anymore. i think i just expected the affects to be similar to ephedrine even though i knew they wouldn't be, subconciously i think i expected it and that's why it happened.

DNP seems to have stiimulant like effects sometimes with some people, even by itself.. Pup

Sometimes I felt like the combination of the heavy breathing and sweating didn't make me hyper as much as it did anxious. Even the first day I felt like I was feeling the DNP working simply because I was extremely anxious waiting for it to kick in and how I would respond (assuming the worst), I guess you can call it a first day placebo effect. By day 3 it will no longer be a matter of "I think it's working", it'll be pretty clear that you are responding to it.

if i had to take a guess i would have to look towards the level of oxygen and glucose in your body at taht time. changes in either can produce the effects you describe, and dnp will certainly affect both of those....

Aside from what GD said it sounds to me like it might be anxiety. DNP has such a bad rep that you could have been either worried or anxious about how it was going to affect you. I don't think DNP has any inherent stimulant properties, so if I had to take a guess that would be it.

yeah, that feeling i had could have just been some anxiety, it went away and never experienced it again. this is day 3 for me and im still at 200mg/day. on day 2 i started to feel warm on and off and i did notice at times when i was out doing things i was breathing a little harder than normal. today i started to feel lethargic but i popped some ephedra and that took care of that. also starting to sweat a bit. seems like i am sensitive to this stuff so i plan on sticking with 200mg/day for 2 weeks just to be on the safe side and not interfere with my normal day.
