what are ways to raise DHT conversion and lower aromatase activity?

what are some of the ways you can increase testosterone to DHT conversion?

(everything from diet and exercise to vitamins and lifestyle all the way to aas)

my testosterone to DHT ratio keeps coming back around the 5 alpha 2 reductase deficiency range, even though my chromosomal microarray said I have normal looking xy chromosomes.

same question for lowering aromatase activity.
(other than lowering body fat or taking aromatase inhibitors. I am already doing both)

Solution
in general no, I live in an area with few opportunities, with people who don't know how anything made after 1985 works.

but the not being able to figure out how technology works is my problem I just don't know what to do about it.
If you have access to this web forum you also have access to every bit of information you’ll ever need. You can learn anything you want, you can be anyone you want to be.
1 my doctor found out something went wrong with my puberty I took enough arimidex to keep my growth plates open but, I will need to lower the dose in now 8 months.
what's the HGH/ igf-1 dose to grow taller I know it will be higher than the standard 3-5 iu for bodybuilding but how much more?
HGH doses for growth...

HGH doses for growth during puberty are easy to Google:

Usual Pediatric Dose for Idiopathic Short Stature

Up to 0.053 mg/kg subcutaneously once a day

Proviron or Masteron

No

Yes. Look at the underground forum here.

Worry about that once you get there.

A couple of points:

1) growth hormone is really expensive. If you have idiopathic short stature and you’re in a position where GH can help with that, you should be able to get it prescribed. I don’t know what country you’re in but where I live prescriptions are free of charge.

2) I’d choose proviron over Masteron. It’s a pill rather than an injection. It sounds like you live with your parents and you don’t want them finding needles/syringes and assuming the worst.

This really is pretty much the only advice you’ll be able to get here.
thank you for all your help.
