175mg Depo-testosterone (weekly cumulative dose size)

I use original Depo_testosterone 200mg/mL

each shot=50mg=25units=0.25cc=0.25mL

50*7/2=175mg/week

I do those shots EOD, every other day
in between I do 380iu HCG

I am not in a bad shape, but I was newer into sports or bodybuilding but I exercise (some).

Today is last day when I can write that I am 68yo

5'9" 155#

In Holiday Season I am more like 160#
