What do you Suggest.49 Year Old

Hello Gents,

Looking for a little advice.I am 49 years I am not new to the world of gear however i have been out of it since 97 last time when i use to compete in shows. It looks like alot has changed. I have been keeping myself in somewhat decent shape but have turned it up the last 2 months i went from (5/10) 204LB i am now down to 187and at the gym 5 days a week including cardio 25 mins. I am starting to look pretty good. Strength is decent. when I started i was using 50LB dumbells for flat presses for 8 reps now up to 95lb. I am dieting (not quite Contest but close) staying away from sugar and real light on carbs trying to stay under 2100 cals a day but keeping protein High. I am retaining muscle and and losing fat.What i am doing seems to be working pretty good I am losing about 1 to 2lbs a week at this point. My goal is 180LB. I am looking to be more ripped than size gaining a little size would be ideal. Still would like to get a little tighter around the lower back and sides.Thinking of starting to go on a 8 to 10 week cycle. I would like to avoid something like Deca thats a little hard on the Nuts that will shut my system down.I am open to suggestions.

Questions
1) Should i wait till i get to my goal of 180
2) What would you recommend (gear)
3) What should I Stack with IE Clomid Nolvadex?
 
You're not willing to use deca, so what have you used in your past then. Also your generation of anabolic a isn't too much different then today's. Difference is you have forums where people post things and you'll instantly have a million followers claiming it's the right direction with little to no experience.

I recommend sticking to what you know has worked best for you and expand from there as needed. You seem to know more then the basics already if you've used to the stage where preparation needs to be perfected rather than the traditional beach body anabolic user
 
I have used Deca in the past but would stack with Test E. or Primo or wini I am older now and concerned a little with shutting the boys down to fast.:eek:

I am thinking of EQ as my Base and something to stack with it.
 
Continue with primo if you can afford it it's probably the best advice anyone can tell you about your concern. Also with the case you find legit primo to begin with
 
I would have to agree with dper726. You have used deca in the past and that cycle worked for you, just stick with it. Test and deca + proviron 50-100 a day to keep your thing working. As far as not shutting the boys down, you are 49, are you thinking about having more kids?

The only thing different today is they are not pyramiding the dosages. You go full force into it until it's time to stop. My first cycle 20 something years ago was just like that, and it was also test+deca.

I still use the same cycle today but I don't pyramid. I get a little fancy now and then and try something new to see how it affects me, but its all experimentation.

Stick with what works for you, just look at how sloppy training is today compared to how it was done in our day, does that mean you are going to train like that too..

if you're cutting, and its all going so well, i'd add a little albuterol and keto as icing on the cake. why use gear when you're making such progress already? let your body get used to getting back into things without gear first imo.

I am planning ahead. When my gains slow and are hard to notice that's when I am thinking gear. So far its been very hard and I have been strict.Not sure if I can keep going like this for most of the summer. My appetite is crazy, hungry as hell every 2 hrs. My metabolism is cooking now. It feels good and i feel 15 years younger.But its a bitch...LOL

Whats Keto??



Keto is a high protein -medium/high fats-low to no carbs diet. Originally designed for epileptics against carb induced seizures, it forces your body to use fats as an energy source instead of carbs . While keeping protein high to keep from losing muscle . It gives the shrink-wrapped look that starving bodybuilders exhibit . Im doing it right now.....:D

I still continue to pyramid, find it better response in with the body. Sometimes really don't ever change lol, wanna talk fashion now the shit you seen on the streets was hot 20 years ago.

If you want a 8-10 week cycle go with short esters, acetates propionates etc. Wait till you hit 180, then you can get your lean mass, since you said a little size gain would be ideal, from the gear. Test Prop, NPP, and Mast P would damn well get you what you want. At 49 and new to the gear game i would not recommend you run something like Tren just yet. Kick start that cycle with Anavar or Tbol, hell even both and you'll be out of this world happy.

Use HCG last weeks 9 & 10 blast it at 1000 iu twice a week. Stick with your nolva and clomid for PCT. You're good to go.

Wow guys this is all great advice!! I was thinking EQ for cutting but if my memory serves me right that requires a longer cycle. I remember Test CYP would give me the Bitches real bad so i stayed away from it. I have used Test ENTH and remember positive results.I have not tried Testp.

I like this, especially for the more mature gentlemen. I run the Mast throughout to harden up the muscles and for its other hardening effects (libido). Mast just adds to that general feeling of confident aggression, adds muscle density, and works better than its cousin Proviron for libido.

You're going to "shut down" no matter what AAS you use, BMAZZ007, but Deca bloats & has other sides I don't like. EQ will keep you shut down for a long time, too, so maybe, at your age, it's time to go on TRT. But 500 Test e & 600 EQ EW and you will both harden & build (given good workouts). Use an AI to keep water bloat down and protect aromatization. I recommend using HCG throughout for its ball building and, again, pronounced libido affects. Keep an eye on your BP and your RBC.

Man im running eq for 12 weeks 600mg and its going to take 5 weeks for it to clear, keep that in mind. This guy is asking for a short cycle

i think it's fine.

TRT is testosterone replacement therapy...nothing i would recommend you persue unless your natural T levels are below 400
