What happened to READALOT?

So I concluded my 10 week nandrolone adventure. 3rd time and I won't be doing that again.

Have been back at 40 mg Test C EOD for a few weeks now. To celebrate my meniscus diagnosis I'll be running 25 mg of stanozolol before every workout. Had some 50 mg troches (overpriced little fellas, mint flavored) so figured I'd give them a good run with a buccal admin. IIRC these were 3 usd per 25 mg dose lol.

I'll pull lipids in a few weeks and demonstrate how nasty this stuff is. First time trying 25 mg.

How long ago did you tear it?

It's been trending bad for a while. Think I did something acute a couple months ago on leg press. Sharp pain. Weird as there was no twisting motion. Long time coming. Years of excess and abuse of my joints. Thanks for asking.

Why are you giving up Nandrolone?

Agreed and wasn't taking it for that.
Nandrolone won’t physically heal a torn meniscus anyway. The benefit to joints associated with nandrolone is so overhyped that guys swear it does shit that isn’t even possible

I wanted to see what ramping up to 420 mg/week would do (much higher than previous runs). Negative sides weren't worth it.

Bad luck.
For me, it was in motion; not that I realised immediately, though.

If you were pressing heavy and deep, so the knees were very flexed, I was thinking that knee may have slightly buckled inwards and, with the foot in a fixed position, that did it.
Total s***

He said stanozolol, if you read the reply above

And just to clarify, not doing the buccal stanozolol for meniscus either.

Just a silly joke to celebrate my drug abuse. Still working on the intra-articular injection angle.

Fyi for those interested...see posts in this thread.

Stanozolol injection inside the knee capsule. Interesting concept with potential counterintuitive effects.

@iris You had a tear? Oh no. I'm sorry. How is it?

In my case it was completely axial load with no orthogonal rotation. Everything quite stable. Usually I press heavy with no wraps. On this day I wrapped. How's that for luck haha.

Been there for many years, medial.
I stopped squats and anything that bent the knee too much, but the jumping around at metcons continued, unfortunately, lol.
It was heartbreaking and a massive downer.
When it gets sore, knees get iced a lot (like, raw ice on, no towel and stuff) but what can you do?
Nothing, really, until it gets worse.

Oh wow. Same here. I am an idiot. Got the sleeves and still pounding on it with slightly reduced weights. Was talking with dude at the gym and he says nice weight. I'm like my meniscus is torn so I have to go light. He looked at me strange and kinda walked off. Keep grinding @iris! Thanks for sharing.

I'm coming up on 4000 likes. I fully expect a change to "Master Douche" or "Known Offender" member status else I'm seriously reevaluating my life choices moving forward. Yes I'm serious. This AI social credit scoring system is not functioning properly. Least it could do.
