Why does it have to be either the Russians OR the NSA? Remember that Podesta used Gmail, and Hillary's server contained evidence of multiple successful hacks. Exceptional resources or talent were never required to gain access. And the US government hacks it's competitors, its allies and its own people. It would be naive to think Russia behaves differently. Are we to hold them to a higher standard than our own government?
