What is the official consensus on using GH and eating right after/before?
3 scenarios, vote in the poll:
1) Some say don't eat: you should take GH fasted 2hrs before/after because low blood sugar will let exogenous GH convert more IGF1 in the liver, eating will spike your blood sugar and make the GH less effective in creating IGF1.
2) Some say you can eat, WITHOUT any downsides: because it is exogenous GH, it doesnt matter if you take GH with food, exogenous GH isnt impacted by blood sugar levels, only endogenous (natural) GH is impacted, and there are no harmful affects of eating with GH.
3) Some say you can eat, but WITH consequences: because it can cause diabetes(?) or insulin resistance(?) at a faster rate than you would normally get these effects with long term usage of GH if you eat with it? I don't know which one.
To me there's never been a single proper answer. It's time to settle it once and for all.
So the questions:
1) Which of the above 3 is the most accurate?
2) Anyone who has always 100% of the time eaten with GH and HAVE TAKEN BLOODS FOR IGF1, can you show me your IGF increasing significantly even with eating? I'm talking about: every single time you pin GH, you will eat/ have eaten within like 30 minutes. I would like to see yourbloods, and if your IGF has still raised significantly from GH, this will disprove the idea that you CAN'T eat with GH.
3) Answer this question: True or False: It's fine to eat with GH and take metformin to manage diabetes possiblities.
4) I would like any articles, medical studies, anything with evidence as well, not pure anecdotes without actual experiences or proofs.
Thank you.
