I'm curious to see what others here have for a fasted blood glucose level.

Also please note if you are using gh as well.

Mine is generally around 95ng/dl prior to gh

Does taking apple cider vinegar the night before and the morning of the test really reduce the number significantly?

I would imagine if you're still fasted for 6-8 hours it's not going to make a big difference but that's an uneducated answer to your question.

Are you getting blood work done or just using a BG monitor? I know any guys here using slin have one, or definitely should, and I'd imagine alot of gh guys do as well.

Having blood work done. Usually I am in the high 90's fasted in the morning when tested previously. Will try the acv this time and see if there is any change ...

dont have a idea but every new day can eat less carbs, that is my breakfast always seems better with only protein the about lunch

Over 90 is considered pre diabetic?
From mayoclinic

A fasting blood sugar level from 100 to 125 mg/dL (5.6 to 7.0 mmol/L) is considered prediabetes. This result is sometimes calledimpaired fasting glucose. A fasting blood sugar level of 126 mg/dL (7.0 mmol/L) or higher indicates type 2 diabetes

I think for a question like that, very few here are qualified to answer. I'd talk with your doctor if you have concerns.
