I'm sure many don't report their taxes because of the legal gray area the Canadian government has created however, plenty of ordinary people don't pay their taxes either. With that said, sex workers who don't pay taxes would be unlikely to receive any stimulus checks anyways because the revenue services are the ones calculating how much you get and where it's too be distributed to. So, that makes your point, if you really had one, null.
