I used to make fun of people all the time, and one time I was running a training circuit and was making fun of this kid because he kept fucking up how to do a buddy carry and I jokingly said something along the lines of "you really fucking think you're gonna be able to carry someone like that when they're 80lbs heavier?" And then I realized that no he definitely wasn't going to be able to, and this light clicked on in my head and I realized that instead of mocking the kid I should actually properly teach him how to do it.

Situations were a bit different there than in a gym, but same thing applies.

We all started somewhere. I remember when I got pinned underneath the bench with 95 fucking pounds on the bar.... a husband and wife came and picked it up off of me o_O

shit just last November I pulled two pins out of the bones in my hand after being in a cast for 2 months and when I went in the gym I could do a whole 2 pull-ups before my grip gave out. Some dude made a comment of "I'm half your size and can do more pull ups than that"
I wanted to tell him I just got my hand out of a cast from breaking my hand over some kids face, but instead I just put my headphones back in and kept working out.

Just remember man, you weren't always deadlifting 585.

Yes I agree again with you lean I even appreciate your answer in a level you can't imagine for real man. I had to mention that I am really cocky with the douche bags like those who do half reps and quarter squat rep. Put the max weight for leg raises and so on ...
One time I was in a 24 hour shitness gym and I tried to help a crossfiter who was squatting grass to ass lol with his knees and heels being not stable. I told him politely that the real squat is not like that and I tried to fix it. He told me I know my shit and I am professional crossfiter I laughed so hard and walked away. The dude came to me and said you got a problem ? I just responded him in an American badass way " cash me outside cutie" I did not see him after that. Haha since that day I try to help as much as I can but I end up in bash fight.
 
Im the loner in the gym. Nobody talks to me. Nobody looks at me. I talk to nobody. I look at nobody. No one asks me to spot them. Nobody spots me.








Oh wait, i workout in my own home gym, alone.

Currently my home gyms got:
Squat rack with dip bar attachment
Incline/decline bench with leg extension, pec dec flye, and preacher curl attachments
Verticle leg press
High/low lat tower pulley
Chin up bar

I hear ya man. There's a guy at my gym that loads 495 on squat, unracks it, then does a 2 inch range of motion squat for 10 reps and racks it. Shit annoys me because you know he tells all his friends he's squatting 500lbs... but fuck it, just like you said, those people will never listen to what you have to say until they get injured.
 
I've deadlifted 585 for reps, 405 bench for reps, and squated 505 for reps. Your not that much of a bad ass. This was when I was only 220lbs. Your just an ass
 
I powercleaned 305lbs at 207lbs Bodyweight ;)
But I've never touched any of those numbers on the big 3....
Now a days the back won't allow it but I still respond to lighter weight.
Gave me a good base for legs though. They're still 28in :p

Lol I am a badass man at least I want to convince myself that I am one. I am 214 lbs now I deadlift 585, squat 460 and bench 315. I started lifting 2 years ago and did only 2 cycles. Bet you Jealous Man U cycle all year without pct with high tren to reached that level cuz I can smell you have a shitty genetics and without high amout of roids you can't do a shit Give me a french kiss now and I promise we will be friend and I will buy you a pink trouduq tshirt lol. Fatpeople > bad genetics

I travel for months at a time. So I go gym to gym. For the most part I just do my thing and leave but I will say the smaller ones tend to have more of a community feel and the bigger ones more of a meat market.
 
You know, you can't rip a massive paragraph of text straight from the douche bag handbook and then tag "I have a good heart deep down inside" at the end.

I don't care if people mind their own business, but if you are going to spend your time and energy taking a video of someone doing something wrong, and make fun of them instead of helping them, or keeping the fuck to yourself, I would kick you out of my gym. Your $20/mo I would lose isn't worth dealing with your presence.

I may not deadlift as much as you, I fractured my hip in an IED explosion, and then broke it again during an airborne jump, but me being weaker than you doesn't justify your right to plop your squat shoes in my area and "take over."

You may take more juice and lift more weight, but I've done a hell of a lot more violent things than that. And I would not take kindly to your douche fucking attitude.

So now I know your just a little bitch. You take out your short comings on those you feel are inferior. Those numbers are when I was in my early twenties with one cycle under my belt.
