OK so now finally you're being honest. I have no prob helping you out just learn some humility.

Haha you said bad things about fat persons, elderly... so I will return you the advice.
We are 2 bad people. Very sad!
You have me confused on that. Honestly the thing I have against the obese is all their excuses. If they're in the gym they have my respect. As far as the elderly...I've seen 60 year old with a body that deserves more respect then mine.

I'm the same as I am everywhere else. I mostly keep to myself and do my thing. There's also a few regulars that I'll talk to if they're in there. Being a powerlifter I take long breaks between sets, so I'll talk or be on my phone probably posting on here in between sets. If someone wants to work in that's cool, but most people at my gym shy away from squats, bench and deadlift, so it rarely happens.

If anyone needs a spot or lifting advice I'm glad to help out. I'd never intentionally disrespect anyone unless they disrespected me somehow first. I'm pretty laid back unless given a reason not to be and in my entire time in the gym that's never happened once. I do lol when I see some really dumb shit. I keep it to myself though, people shouldn't be discouraged from trying to work out.

That's just me. I'm a live and let live kind of person. You get back what you put into this life, in the gym, here and everywhere else.

Guilty ^
I've done the same. Or posting while doing cardio.
A gym where people shy away from bench!?
Ha! Show me that and I'll show you a time Hillary Clinton was honest

I meant shy away from squats and deadlifts mostly. There's plenty of benches to go around and a lot of guys do dumbells or smith machine bench anyway.

Cmon 2drago confess. So if I resume you have been working for 20 years plus hell shit ton of drugs and your max are 405 bench,585 deadlift and 500 squat? very sad probably you got an underdosed gear or your diet is shitty :D

Aybara perrin is a very nice guy how helped to improve a lot thanks to him. He is very nice unfortunately he is not a douche lol

Don't pretend to know me. I cycled a few times in my 20s then took a 15 year break. I've only been back a few yearsy goals have nothing to do with how heavy I lift. I do it for size and symmetry

To each their own, brother. I was an awful person for a long time and had a kind of epiphany later in life. I truly believe that I'm still paying for what I've done in a lot of ways to this day.

Aybara I read almost eveything you posted (about your jobs....) and I understand why you are reflecting this to you when you say you are paying for what you have done. Believe me it is going to kill you if you think like this. That's in my opinion a huge negativity and believing in destiny as well (even though I am very religious). The only way I overcame this is believing that I did something wrong that needs to be corrected. Don't blame yourself as I did, Don't be bad toward yourself. It is the advice that changed my life. I hope it can work for you too brother. shit happens and will happen everyday everytime you just need to know how to overcome this shit and be happy.

It's more than that, but I appreciate what you said. I'm actually not unhappy either. I did do something wrong and I'm correcting it every day. I think we're on about the same page here, just wording it differently.

Anyway, how's the PL'ing going? You going to pull 600 this spring? I'm just getting back to deadlift myself after all that injury time.

Bro Now i do 3x3 deadlift everytime 495 I am going to be honest I need at least one week to recover from it. Nasty shit and recovery without roids is really bad. Now I am doing some powerbuilding to strengthen some weak muscles while I keep deadlifting, squatting and bench.

My program : session 1 : bench 3x3 and 2 sets of 12 ,dips,overhead press,shrugs,skullcrushers and close grip bench

session 2 : Deadlift once a week, 5 accessories for back and biceps curl/ hammer curl
session 3 : squat (one session 3x3 and another one 4x8),leg press,leg curl,leg raise.

How about you?

I plan to compete this fall lol

I'm still doing what I've been doing that's been working for me. Did a mock meet in the gym today actually. Hit 550 on squat and 405 on bench. Only 585 on deadlift, but I'm just getting back to it after all those months off. Things have been going pretty well lately.

I want to see 1450lbs total out of you at 220lbs by fall. 500 squat, 350 bench and 600 deadlift sounds about right. One good cycle and you'll be there.

Haha I will defy you brother :D my next cycle is going to be tren/mast and test prop low doses so I am going to decrease bodyfat and increase a little more than that my prs. I am going to be honest bench press has been a bitch with me dont know why and how to fix it. I respond way better with dumbbells (130 lbs for 5-6 reps) but hate it.
