Second set of front squat for a weight that isn't even a problem, as soon as I derack the bar and get in the rack position I managed to fuck up my breathing and get extremely lightheaded, almost passing out. Slowly dropped down the bar to the ground. I didn't even do a single rep before I got all dizzy and dropped the fucker.
Still finished the workout with the same poundages though, but fuck that was demotivating and embarrassing.

We are, I only talk smack to peeps on here I like. Ive actually known a few girls in crossfit that had very good form, mobility and strength. They we very well rounded. I doubt I could get through a session without getting sick.
People who don't squat ass to grass, put a shit ton of weight on the bar and are reppin out half squats!!
