What Pisses me off Page

Anything that contains soy.

I'm allergic to soy and it seems everything has some sort of soy residue in it wtf.

Even soy sauce rashes me up :(

And fried shit from fast food places too. I didn't know they fried shit with soy wtf man.

Pisses me off on leg day when I come home to push mow my lawn and my self propel on the lawn mower breaks. Fuck I'm out of shape. Did I mention I live in one of the hottest states? I think I'll lay down and dye now.
At least you got another workout in though!

I would of rather not of. After I wrote that last post I went to weedeat my jungle way out back and the weedeatter slung a fucking copperhead at my leg. Fuckkkk
Ouch lucky you didn't get bitten by it

Yep that would of put me out of the game for a few weeks. I got bite by a water moccasins when I was a kid playing around on some Rice field levees. Still got the scar from it. I was throwing up white foamy shit for a week. It sucked.
Definitely sucks though. Up here in the Northeast the biggest problem was bees. I was clearing brush from behind a friend's house some eons back and I knocked over a big ass hornets nest...got stung quite a bit and had an allergic reaction. That put me out of the game for a week.

3. Upper-body strength training. The treadmill isn't just for working the lower body! It's easy to do dips and chest presses using the treadmill, says Dr. Michael Ross, sports medicine physician at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia and medical director at the Performance Lab powered by Rothman Institute in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

To do tricep dips, stand as you normally would on the treadmill, then place your hands on the rails behind you, lean back onto your heels and bend your arms, pushing up returning to starting position.

To do chest presses, Ross recommends using the hand rails to support you while you do a push up.

"The wide stance places more emphasis on the chest muscles," he says. "Face the back of the treadmill and increase difficulty by increasing the incline."

All this time all I needed was a treadmill to get yoked.

Try mowing 5 acres on leg day. Oh yeah I forgot, I have a zero turn so I just sit on my ass [emoji12]

Hey thoses 0 turns are rough to. Not physical rough but all that damn bouncing around is rough on the back. I mow my folks and my grandmothers lawn with a 0 turn. They have 7 acres with a shit load of trees and a creek running through their yard. Takes me a full day to mow, feedeat and blow off the drive ways.

When I go to the gym feeling strong and rested and aim for a PR... And get 0 reps [emoji53]

You should have seen my fuck up on Saturday.

Second set of front squat for a weight that isn't even a problem, as soon as I derack the bar and get in the rack position I managed to fuck up my breathing and get extremely lightheaded, almost passing out. Slowly dropped down the bar to the ground. I didn't even do a single rep before I got all dizzy and dropped the fucker.

Still finished the workout with the same poundages though, but fuck that was demotivating and embarrassing.

Pisses me off i can't chill on my porch every day
