Havent had it lately , but my brother inlaw makes Spam/Hawaiian dishes when I go back to Alaska . Fried egg/Spam/rice is a staple breakfast food in Hawaii .

I've had some pretty tasty tacos made with that corned beef in a can. You get those little corn tortillas and put a little meat and cheese and fold them over and put them on a skillet. Then after they're cooked put on your lettuce and sauce and whatnot.
