Shake n baked it with protein pasta, threw some marinara on top. As always it looks rough. [emoji36] As in not sexy or fancy, just fuel.

Doesnt cost much and can be good if the chicken has some garlic salt or spices on it

First time using Shake N Bake Parmesan Crusted Seasoning. I will not use it again, too salty. We'll see if all that salt stops me from cramping up after tomorrows workout.

And I bought two giant chicken wraps. Grilled chicken, roasted peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and fresh mozzerella. Instant regret because heart burn is a bitch.

Oh and that sauce is the bomb... I won't eat it this late at night but it's a house dressing called Caesar Dijon.
