Teriyaki marinade london broil with pineapple cooked right inside the meat, shrimp with sweet onions garlic and a sprinkle of rosemary, and the always delicious sweet potato fries.

Meso is a godsend for me. Some of my software can take a few minutes to do its thing from time to time. Nothing worse than watching a green scroll bar slowly creep across your screen.

Turkey and broccoli bake. BB is broccoli, Greek yogurt cream cheese, cheddar, and bread crumbs. Its one of my all-time favorites.
