so when you make a grilled cheese do you butter the bread and then throw it on the pan? or butter the pan and then throw the bread on it?
I usually butter the bread, it's how my mom made them, I guess I just copied her style. today, being lazy, and we all know how hard it is to spread butter sometimes, I just threw butter in the pan and then just placed the sandwich in the pan.

Thanks OGH! I gotta say though. . Swai is frigging delicious. And holds up well to bulk cooking... 5 days later it is still meaty and delicious. Makes it super easy this time around.

Meso is a godsend for me. Some of my software can take a few minutes to do its thing from time to time. Nothing worse than watching a green scroll bar slowly creep across your screen.
