What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Day 10 on Opus diet (still havent carbed up). Kinda brain foggy , tired then I"ll get bursts of energy . Hyper with insomnia . Muscles are flat as a pancake .
Its all very familar , I did keto dieting twice last year so its deja' vu all over again.
Gonna go ahead and push it until Friday ...its gonna get rough . :confused:

When I was on keto or even very low carb I didn't sleep at all. One night I ate a shit ton of carbs, got the best sleep I ever had and I woke up leaner. Been doing that every now and then and it works.
 
Digestive enzymes help flatten me out some. I've noticed my gut is bloated as all hell lately though... After looking at my breakfast I can't imagine why. :oops:
Yeah, that would involve spending money

I really hate to spend money in a supplement shop. Always been that way

I decided to start a "what are you eating thread" , to keep up on what guys are eating to achieve their goals .....

Im Keto dieting so its (4) scrambled eggs and diced lean ham this morning . Its an old stand-by of mine that fills me up and has lots of protein & very little fat compaired to bacon . I sometimes add green chile salsa to spice it up , only 2 grams carbs per 2 tbs. I might also add a tbs of real butter to it sometimes to give me more fat , not this morning . Just lost another lb these last 3 days .......:D
 
Organic beef tallow to cook in loaded with cla, no dairy or grains period , avacados, the more fat on bacon the better ,80 percent of calories gotta come from fat to much prorein causes insulin spikes throwing you right out of ketosis , no more than 10 to 15 grams per meal always with fat , ghee butter very good preworkout , grass fed butter in coffee with macadamia nut oil , lots of organic cruficious greens no tomatoes mushrooms or onions and definitely no fruit except lemons or lime in water , that's it in a nutshell and no fake sweetness or diet drinks and avoid caffeine if you can , I ran eca but really hard on adrenals , mct oil etc
 
Mashed cauliflower then melt cheddar cheese on it spice it up or whatever you like maybe some black olives sliced up in there , before you mash put a good scoop butter in there , lots of salt on keto , supplement with electrolytes, and vitamin b5 for energy as well helps with fat metabolism , mashed cauliflower with cheese is like kraft dinner almost even better
