I kid, I was blessed with a super fast metabolism that allows me to eat a huge amount and remain relatively lean.


@Ickyrica I really dig your style, I read a lot of what you post and you are a class act in my book.

thanks for that dude. I'm a cluster fuck in reality but I try. I'd say we are cut from similar cloth but I don't eat Dbol for breakfast lol.

You lift big weights, you get big, you have to eat big.. all comes with the territory. Dinner basically post workout meal no. 1 with 2 more meals left to be eaten afterwards.

Beer mustard and ketchup
Home made home fries and left over creamed spinach.

Haha!! I wish brotha. Nah 1lb and 7 ounces. Comes in a package in the local market. Costco is crazy this time of the year and my parents prefer the meat from our local market so that's what I got. But I do have 4lbs of London broil I'm going to quickly grill up tonight for more food lol. I also got 9lbs of frozen chicken that needs some love too lol and a lot of sweet potatoes.

I can't eat spicy food that's my kryptonite. Regular cheddar and all of that is my cup of tea. Definitely not joking around. Add another Patty for good measure and it becomes even more serious... talking marriage bro. Married to that burger.

I mean all that technical garbage kills me. If I want to cut I carb cycle and I up my fiber through veggies with a giant carb day one day a week. If I'm packing it on I don't count because my theory is the food you eat today won't truly be absorbed until the next day or even longer so I don't see the point in counting anything. The body can't differentiate between 24 hours/ "anabolic" windows or anything. I believe when you're hungry hit it hard. Like after a Workout I'm starving for hours and hours.
