What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Lol I see how you eat.... like a boss

Yeah lol.... it's going to suck when I start cutting in March lol. But I know what works for me so it's not much of a sacrifice. Just lots of protein, fats and low carbs and carb refeeds every 3-4 days. 2 gallons of water a day and cardio. Usually when that spring air hits my carb cravings go way down.

With those 2 gallons are you incorporating some sort of BCAA's?

On Black Friday I picked up 6 tubs of this for $200. Not bad huh?
Check out a company called NutraBio. Their website is www.nutrabio.com all their supplements are no filler, kosher stamped. I do not work for these guys, and I am not promoting them either trying to make any kind of money. My friend worked in the facility, I even had a tour of the place. State of the art machines for processing and all.

Hey brotha,

No BCAA's for me. I don't need 'em. I eat about 280-350 grams of protein a day and on a diet I probably eat about 350 grams everyday and possibly more so the BCAA's aren't needed.

What I do need this time around is a supplement that carries electrolytes/sodium/potassium. 1 gallon jug will be just ice cold water and the other will be a blend of all 4... hopefully I can find a sugar free or completely no sugar or flavor mix but that's impossible. Keeping my self hydrated is the most important thing when I'm on a cut. Keeps me full and I tend to flush/burn more bodyfat and water weight like that.

The main goal for me is to eat High Protein/High Fat/ minimal carbs morning possibly pre/ post work out. After about 2-3 weeks then I can introduce carb refeeds because your body gets use to your diet quickly.

I want to add Clen and possibly injectable Helios but I truly don't need this. T3 I will never fuck with that unless I'm deficient in it but Clen/ECA and Yohimbine is quiet appealing to me.

I was just curious, for people like me I need to incorporate them at least for the L-Leucine. My body does not break down and digest properly if at all according to my doctors assessment. So after it breaks down the protein molecule L-Leucine is a very important nutrient your body needs, but only comes after the protein molecule is broken down, unless supplemented. It has capacity to directly stimulate muscle protein synthesis, which I feel is a important nutrient to get.

I definitely agree. I guess we're all different. I got my blood donor card in the mail last week and I'm blood type A+ and I read up on that; it had a special diet for blood types and according to mine I'm eating all the wrong stuff lol which is funny.

I mean if you supplement with just the L-leucine or BCAA plain powder with none of those sweeteners and what not that to me is perfectly fine. I just find supplements especially today's supplements to be high priced sugar water.

Yeah, I agree with you and that is what makes it hard. I do not go mainstream products, which is why NutraBio was my first pick. I just found out now GNC carries NutraBio, which was a huge shocker to me. Their BCAA formula is spot on, no bullshit added, all the ingredients listed, none left out.

Spinach salad with peppers, baked coconut Flounder, spicy tomato farfalle and a lemon ginger kefir drink.

If you guys have never had one of the kevita's from Walmart you've really gotta try them... Great source of probiotics and they are fucking refreshing. It's like having a soda that isn't sweet as hell.

Hmmm.... Who got you into trying that kombucha...?

This is the best one, if you ask me:

Lol you just reminded me how much I like them!

That isn't kombucha though, it's a kefir drink but it's dairy free.

They are much better than taking digestive enzymes...

I thought about trying that brand last time I was at store but it was a dollar more per bottle and I'm not a high roller like you, WP. :)

This is interesting. I started having issues with digesting certain proteins also. Happened a few yrs ago o u t of the blue. Certain fats also. Milk whey cheese ice cream started to give me bad bladder pain. Shuttering feeling in my side around kidneys. Lactose free makes no diff. Liquefied fats in crock pot kill me also. Around the same time t levels dropped to below 300. Certain types bcaa have same issue.others don't. I can't fig it out ON pro bcaa 2:1:1 kills me Betancourt bcaa plus 4:1:1 seems to be a issue. Got bloods done a few times everything seems normal. Excess proteins in urine tests have been seen. I read somewhere the kidney can test normal but still not filter excess proteins from the bladder. Anyone ever experience this or know any supplement that could help with this. I'm using plant based proteins by orgain and doing ok with it but miss whey proteins I was using years back.

I am highly allergic to dairy, not just lactose. My protein sources are primarily real food, and I use pasteurized egg whites for my shakes. I do 1 carton of egg whites, about 1/4 unsweetened almond milk and either sugar free hershey's or the sugary version depending on where I am with my diet.
