What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Wagyu is insane. I've only had it a few times... I remember being at Gordon Ramsey's Steak in Vegas, and the waiter said "We have a wagyu rib cap, it's probably the best steak you can ever get."

Well, I tried it, and it was. I have never had something so incredible in my life!

American or Japanese waygu?

It is so fucking expensive!!

That's actually not that bad for wagyu I don't think... It's expensive stuff.

They raise the steers in a totally stress free environment, give them beer to increase appetite, massage them with rice wine and play classical music for them. They also limit excercise I think.

The steaks have to be cooked to medium rare, no more or the fat melts away completely. The fat has a lower melting point than other types of beef.
 
I think I posted it in this thread when I was there, maybe a year ago now. It was AMAZING. But, not worth it for an everyday thing.

Nope lol... I've seen footage of them massaging them, it's crazy. Like 8 little Chinese guys surrounding the animal massaging away. If I come back as a cow, I'd be cool with that lifestyle... Just don't put ketchup on me when I'm cooked to mid rare. Some Jim Beam would be alright too.

It's the fattiest meat you'll ever eat.... really disgusting actually. I like my shell/rib eye and prime rib and those are fatty but the Waygu is the fattiest of them all and I got sick from it. My ex-gf is a publicist and she would treat me to a Japanese restaurant in midtown when she felt like getting her sushi. The Waygu beef has a waiting list but since she was a daily customer they asked if we would like a portion served on the table. It came out like 8 slivers rare but charred on the outside and a metal plate in the middle to keep the inside hot/warm enough to eat. The first bite was great...... but after that I felt like it was too much. Of course she was a skinny 5'3" blonde who barely ate so I had to eat the entire thing. That piece of steak alone cost $180 and it was considered a left over portion. Talking 2-3 years ago... wonder what it cost now. Lol
 
A lot of Americans including myself get confused with Waygu and Kobe.... Kobe is corn fed beef that mimics marbling of Waygu... Waygu is litterally shipped from Japan and served raw-rare. They won't allow anyone to ask for their cooking preference... I mean I'm a believer in a bloody hell steak but this was extreme.

The majority of what is passed around in America is Kobe... litterally Waygu is like 100-200 cows a year..... after I ate the fucking thing I was curious and did my research.

Bro I just watched that movie two nights ago! Shittttttt that whole I found God story is something my dad would tell me lol... I love that fucking movie. God was it gritty shit. That whole movie sent shivers down my spine when I use to spend winters up north in a cabin with my dad and I would be freezing my ass off.,. I can't imagine open wounds/freezing water with freezing temps.

9oz of sirloin
1 cup brown rice
1 handful of green beans finished with cashews and coconut oil
Green salad (I'd normally have kale and anything else I had, just had baby spinach today) with a SUPER simple dressing of a bit of honey, apple cider vinegar and EVOO.

I been only on 200mg of test C for a lil over 4 months now. Shedding weight and getting my conditioning in order. Wont be scheduled to blast for a while due to financial issues(almost outta debt completely, self induced debt diet). Im getting weaker due to low carb intake which sucks but im gonna be in ridiculous condition to blast off later in the year when i finish this transformation.
