What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

There is some god awful pic of me on here some where(cuz i just dont care) where i decided to bulk on my trt dose and continue bulking thru till my next cycle. I looked like a bag of mashed ass holes. Since i have learned cutting time is reserved for off cycle time. Just the way it has to be. The weight is coming back on regardless as soon as the blast starts. There is NO stopping it. Better start with a trim body everytime.

I'm pushing it. Once the better whether comes it really kicks me in my ass and I start... but this gloomy windy and cold weather. And the fact that I'm coming off heavy carbs is hard to deal with. Wasn't dirty carbs. A lot of oats, grits, potatoes, whole grain pasta and whole grains and sweet potatoes. Nothing simple except the small content in each other those complex carbs. But tonight it will be dinner no carbs and before bed a cheese omelet with milk.

Take the carbs away slowly. Gives you time to adjust and stick to the actual diet you set out to do.
 
Yeah that's exactly what I'm doing. Starting with halving my intake
I been boiling veggies to fill me up with each meal. A whole head of broccoli or cauliflower, cucumber w/ tomatoes, spinach no dressing, green beans etc etc. Alot of veggies carry little to no cals and act as filler to make you forget your hungry. Makes me feel pretty good too! Plus their cheap

That's what I do. Raw spinach I need dressing. But you're totally right you feel way better when your lighter/tighter.
 
Man that sucks. Eating pain meds is no way to live. Are you gonna have surgery?
I have to wait 3 months on the waiting list to get epidural shots until then I really know how much choice but to be a Pill Popper. I don't abuse them take two in the morning one at night and just struggle through the rest. They said surgery will be the last option

Goodluck @Nolimitbody -- the old adage : "Just enough meds to do the job and no more is the right prescription" applies here . Its tough I know...:(

I never use dressing, i use lemon juice instead and i actually like it way better than dressing, but i also really like lemon. If the dont have lemons i use wine vinegar.
 
Update: my body rejected the Chinese food and it all went down my toilet. Microwaving some chicken and brown rice because I have learned my lesson
