running silly late this a.m.

had to throw together a meal replacement shake at the office in place of my normal pile of eggs and toast.

half a small carton of egg whites
same amount of fairlife milk as the egg white, whole
some Hershey chocolate syrup
a big spoonful of peanut butter
two scoops true nutrition lift big eat big formula protein powder
mixed frozen berries
oats

not sure about macros etc but fuck yeah this thing is good. Adding the PB and mixed berries made a massive bump in flavor. Loving food more and more these days!
 
I have to learn to comprehend that simple concept
I have a cheat day once a week on average. When I say cheat I mean onion rings and spicy fries, pizza and a sub. I feel like total shit and I love it. Then it's back to decent food that makes sense. It sucks sometimes but it's worth it.

Can't forget the Chinese food either. We crush that sometimes lol.
 
The last month Ive been using Serious Mass Vanilla by ON . Its hard to believe its got over 1200 calories and 50gms of protein in only 2 scoops . Its doesnt seem to bloat me either which I like . It mixes great in my shaker bottle too...12lbs for $48 w/discount Vitamix.com .
