I was bustled around alot as a kid. Went to 9 different elementaries and high schools. In foster homes, moving in with relatives etc etc till the custody was finally settled. I had moved to a different school apart from my then GF now wife which was 50 miles away. We still wrote each other for that gap when we werent able to see each other. That was till i got my drivers license
I was in 5th grade when i passed that first lil note. The rest is history
