Damn! I wish I could openly take pics of what i'm eating and post them as often as what I'd like. My girl knows I put "trt" into my muscles, but I've never called them by the "S" word. (I don't take it as trt).

I did, however, tell her that I purchased some testosterone and testosterone derivatives on the black market and I'm sending them off to be tested for safety.

Do you have a costco? Thats where i get my grass fed organic beef. They also have organic bison, pricey but very good.

The old lady is back on a smoothie kick so I joined her with a very berry drink plus 2 scoops whey protein . Tasty . The frozen berry/fruit mixes at Wallys works great .
