Good workout good dinner. 2 chicken breasts, asparagus, cup of white rice and a sweet potato. I know its probably to many carbs this late at night but tasted good.

Don't get me wrong, I love my blue hearts more than most.
Buying aas on eBay is way to dangerous for me plus he is way high priced.
500 blue hearts go for about $100
