I had to take some stupid tests online for my E4, and this I got every answer wrong involving time, because I didn't include the :

I took a lb of beef, flattened it out, put a handful of chopped red pepper, onion, and jalapeño in the center, and made a patty out of it.
I knew my fatass wouldn't be satiated so I made hash browns with it too.

Looks like this cut is off to a great start

Mahi is prob my favorite fish. Stays nice and moist on the grill.
Salt and pepper brush it down with some olive oil then throw it on the grill. Best fish you will ever have IMO!!

It was pretty awesome. Not gonna lie. And totally unexpected too. Thought it might taste like canned tuna. I was wrong

I have a few friends that are fisherman and they bring me Mahi fresh from the boat. Grilled Mahi, Mahi samich, and battered Mahi , YUM!!!
