Protein Banana Pancakes (wifey cooked this one today). 4 eggs, two bananas, 1/8 cup almond flour or flax meal, 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Mix together, and cook like a typical wheat based pancake. Plenty sweet with the banana, so no need to add sweetener. ( the rest of breakfast was organic rice crisp cereal and elk sausage).

Looks good Senor---Ive made these a few times , I used a scoop of protein powder and almond flour . Sugar free syrup is great if your cutting....
