You haven't seen the size of the scoops I'm towing in there. I know it's 7g per spoon full but I would say I have at least 2× a normal helping per spoonYou sure about that peanut butter protein content? Every PB container I read says 2 tbsp is the serving size and only gives 7 grams of protein.

Last night I made up some crispy skin chicken thighs w/ roasted lemon and herbs, smoke balsamic Brussels sprouts w/ bacon, some sweet yellow corn and saffron & parsley rice. Pics blow, but it was TASTY!
