What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Well I just couldn't stay away lol. I recently got the itch to maybe cycle one more time :) I'm still running test at trt levels 125mg a week and some mast e at 200mg a week for the past 6 or 7 weeks just to gauge my feelings on it.

Starting to train my stomach again:

One whole roaster chicken a day = 150g protein.

Half quart of All Whites pasteurized egg whites a day (2 cups)= 50g protein

2 large tbsp of natural peanut butter a day= 20 to 30g protein

Two scoops weigh protein every morning with my cup of egg whites= 50mg protein

And 2 cans of sardines at any point during the day= 45g of protein.

There you have it! 300+grams of protein for around $10 to $14 a day and you could even throw a protein bar I'm every once in a while. I'm filling my carbs with oats, rice, apples and one or two bananas a day.
You sure about that peanut butter protein content? Every PB container I read says 2 tbsp is the serving size and only gives 7 grams of protein.
